Tui Blue Barut Andız - All Inclusive - Adults Only

A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Our 5th visit to this hotel. We first came 10 years ago when it had been open just 3 days, some of the trees and shrubs were still being planted, they have now matured and are well established We have not been here for a few years but saw the excellent reviews continuing, so we booked over a year ago in order to get a swim up room. It was good to come back to a familiar hotel and a super friendly welcome again from Savas who is a huge asset to the hotel. In the room we noticed a few changes, plate of sweet treats and a bottle of wine when we arrived, new flooring in the room and (swim up rooms only) new wooden sunbeds with thicker more comfortable covers. Bedding and pillows even better than last visit. There is still a safe and minibar fridge which is restocked daily. The next day we were welcomed by Ergin who told us about some other changes they have made, including becoming more environmentally friendly and changes to food and menus. He is determined to continue making positive changes. The food selection was always very good but is now even better. One Friday was seafood evening with a sushi bar plus a display of fresh fish from which you could choose and have your fish cooked while you wait. Alternative Fridays is meat with a selection of meats that you can have cooked for you. Plenty of other choices too both evenings. There was also a Turkish evening with tasty kebab meat and a superb selection of Turkish desserts. The usual desserts here are simply the best we have ever had. In any hotel. Anywhere. The food in upstairs Culinarium and Olive restaurants has changed with different choices to the main restaurant, both at lunch and evening, again all excellent with friendly service. Significantly increased choices and quality since our last visit. Menus now on tablets, not paper! They are like going to a nice restaurant but without the cost! There are however bottles of good wine available to buy if you want but no pressure to do so. We had the Ancyra Sauvignon Blanc which we enjoyed. You can go upstairs lunchtime too for different choices and still be served at your table. The evening entertainment was better than previous visits, another positive change. Just have to mention some staff by name Ufuk (Gorgeous George), Mehmet and Nurettin but doing so is almost unfair to other bar and restaurant staff - including some familiar faces- who work equally hard. This includes those we don’t see much such as room cleaners, maintenance staff, kitchen staff and pool cleaners who all contribute to make the hotel what it is. Also not forgetting the gardeners who keep everything watered and looking great. We went to beach for first time, good loungers and umbrellas, the sea was warmer than the pool. Again great friendly service from Ercan who has a selection of cold and hot drinks there. Certainly hope this visit will not be our last.

This was our third visit to this hotel over the past 11 years. Last visit 6 years ago we were slightly disappointed as it had just been turned into a Tui sensemar and compared to our original visit in 2013(pre Tui lease) it was good but just didn’t deliver. However we decided as we liked the area, the size of the hotel and great accessibility, we decided to give it a go again. And well, it was so much better. Tui seems to have all the bases covered now that it’s a Tui Blue and it seems to have rediscovered the Barut feel. We are so glad we went. Everyone from the front desk to the ladies who kept our rooms so well were excellent. The food was good wherever we ate, and in The Culinarium Nunatin looked after us so well. Surprisingly he remembered us from our last visit 6 years ago and couldn’t have been more helpful. The waiters in the main restaurant were excellent as well and as I have some mobility issues they always tried to seat us close the buffet. In fact all the staff were so helpful if they saw me struggling as were the majority of other guests. This hotel is a great choice if you have mobility issues as there are lifts to all floors, pool surrounding area is flat and easy to access. The pool itself also has great access to it with ramped steps into it. I would love to mention everyone by name but there were so many I would worry I forgot someone - but let’s just say they were all great. Rooms were lovely, food good and wine not bad either (better up in a La carte though). You could ask for a reserved sun bed if you had mobilit issues but I noticed on a few occasions these seats, (although reserved) were often left empty for most of the day. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect. We still have 3 days left. Can not fault anything. Gorgeous food, attentive staff and the CEO pictured is a brilliant cuddle buddy.

Having read all the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor we booked last year for a 10 night holiday at Tui Blue Barut Andiz. We arrived around 9.45pm to a very warm welcome by Mehmet and his team and a much needed drink! We were advised that we had been upgraded to a junior suite as we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was spotless and a bottle of champagne and homemade chocolates were left for us. The room had tea and coffee making facilities (you can get fresh milk in a carton from the lobby bar), mini bar stocked daily with water, coke, sprite and Fanta, hairdryer. Nice touch was the beach bag with towels which could be changed daily at the Spa. The facilities, food and drink are by far the best we have experienced at an all inclusive hotel, so much so we booked to return next year 3 days in to our 10 day holiday. Now to the Management and Staff. They work as a team however I must thank personally a few: Emir and Mehmet who helped me not only on holiday but by email prior to our arrival. Halit lobby bar who served us every evening before dinner always with a smile and a chat. Ismail who worked the pool bar and insisted I saw the doctor due to a reaction to mosquitoes bites, resulting in me having to go to hospital. Sunset Bar, Burak and Uruk Savas and Ergin who lead an excellent team. They all work tirelessly to ensure the guests enjoy their stay with nothing too much trouble. See you all in June 2025

My wife and I returned last week from a 2 week stay at Barut Andiz . I never write reviews as I EXPECT my holiday accommodation and experience to be good . I am however on this occasion making an exception as our whole experience was exceptional. Every single member of staff at this hotel are genuinely friendly and efficient. We were so impressed with our stay that we have already booked to return at the same time next year. The hotel is spotless and the food is delicious. A special shout out to Baruk in the sunset lounge who always took time for an informative chat. To be honest every single staff member were top draw . We are both looking forward to our return next year .

This is my fourth visit I’ve been here with my husband and grown up sons previously but this year came With my sister. It’s quiet so if you want a really lively place this isn’t for you. It’s extremely well situated just a 20 minute coastal stroll to town. Food is always plentiful and a good choice. The upstairs restaurant at lunch is really good and makes a change. Low key entertainment but generally it’s good. The staff make this hotel. I’ve already booked to come back next April and am keeping my eye out for a late September possible booking! Bonus is there are resident friendly cats so bring dreamies with you all those cat lovers
