Ulasan Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

Good hotel we had a good choice of choosing Arum Barut Collection to spend our 4 days holiday. The workers are approachable the guest are quite and calm.The foods and ambiance were good. I'm looking forward to stay again in this hotel.

I strongly suggest this property. It is not only a hotel to have rest but also a wonderful experience for many activities. The hotel staff is really kind and friendly. The food is perfect and really delicious. You will certainly find your taste, it has world wide kitchen dishes. One night Ala-carte restaurant is free and totally has value to try.

Потрясающий отель! Сервис высокого уровня! Никаких браслетов! Вежливый и внимательный персонал, несмотря на то, что отель был заполнен на 100 %. Официанты в барах запомнили наши предпочтения после первого же вечера👍 что очень приятно! На рецепшене Лейла и Ирина профессионалы своего дела!Умницы и красавицы! Хорошо оборудованный фитнесс центр! Инструктор Анжела всегда подскажет, очень внимательна и отзывчива! Кухня разнообразная, очень вкусная! Алкоголь премиум! Отель небольшой удивил очень ухоженной территорией, особенно сад с кактусами! Везде фруктовые деревья. Рядом променад для прогулок вдоль моря. Шезлонги на пляже удобные! Отличный пирс, плавали только с пирса. Ежедневно живая музыка в баре! Слушали с удовольствием! Отдых невероятно понравился!

Gutes Essen, grosszügiger Pool , aufmerksames Personal. Alles super. Es gibt bessere Orte zum ins Meer zu gehen.

Прекрасный отель по системе "ультра все включено". Свежие, чистые номера. Прекрасная еда, очень вкусные коктейли (качественный оригинальный алкоголь). Понравились вечерние шоу - живая музыка в баре у бассейна и программы в амфитеатре. Спа зона была обновлена в 2024 году, но нам показалась маленькой и не очень приятной по сравнению с Барут Хемера. Если вы любите кофе, то рожковая кофемашина у них только в баре у бассейна. В остальных местах кофе делают из автомата. Приходилось просить отдельно, чтобы сделали именно из рожковой машины. В целом отель рекомендую.

衞生不錯，房間也很棒，安靜，服務很好。就是餐食有點單一，每天的飯都差不多，住的長了就沒新意了，可以多多更換一些餐食。推薦給朋友們，度假感超絕！

Merhaba, Otel her hizmeti ile 10 numara. Gelen bir daha geliyor. Bir misafir ile görüştüm 35. Gelisiymis ve her sene 3 kere geldiğini söyledi. Girişten temizliğe büfeden a lacarte restoranların her şey çok güzel. Ama bence en önemlisi personel çok güler yüzlüler ve yardımseverlik. Her sene gelinecek ve huzurla konaklamalar bir otel.

Merhaba,eşim ve 5 aylık bebeğimizle ilk defa arum otelde konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Yemeklerinden tutunda oda temizliği, personel alaka ilgisi, tesisin genel alan temizliği ve özellikle vurgulamak isterimki içeceklerin (alkollü veya alkolsüz) kalitesi çok üst seviyede. Bir sonraki tatilimizi tekrardan bu muazzam otelde geçirmeyi sabırsızlıkla beklemekteyiz. Teşekkür ederiz herşey için.

One of the best all inclusive resorts we’ve been to. The service, the food, the rooms, the kids club… everything was top! A special mention to Derya at guest relations for booking the a la carte restaurants despite the hotel being at full capacity, she was very helpful. The reception and service staff (too many to name) were also excellent.

Will try to keep it brief! This hotel is amazing! Having stayed in hotels all over the world over the past 25 years. This is up there with some of the best. I honestly can’t find a negative! (And I’m fussy) Food, drink, staff, entertainment, pool, spa, room all superb. Myself, wife and 3 kids all loved it. Hotel is kept extremely clean and well maintained. Just beautiful. Only thing to mention. There is a cat hotel within the hotel so if you don’t like our furry friends then you better go elsewhere. We loved them but not everyone would I guess. Meow

My 5th time at the Arum and I love it every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite and very well spoken English. The hotel connects to the private beach area which has an amazing pier with a bar at the end. The pools/areas are always kept clean and immaculate. Grass is cut regularly and lots of pretty flowers around the hotel grounds. Rooms are immaculate and very clean and tidy, the house keepers are very friendly and also leave nice towel creations on the bed. Everyone on the reception desk are so helpful and also to the guest relations, a bit thank you to Ibrahim on the reception who is always so helpful to myself and my partner. We would also like to thank Genar (Lobby Barman) he is so polite and is a very good bar man. We want to thank him for all the drink requests me made and he made every drink 10/10!
