Ulasan Prana Hotel

The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls. Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so triping over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete. The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad) The pool was lovely though. I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔

Quiet hotel with nice design but poorly managed: no fridge in room, very old blanket, furnitures falling apart, no front desk at night, bathroom equipment missing (tooth brush and paste), no early check in, no juice on breakfast in third day, old croissant (rest of the food was fine)...still a decent quiet place with good internet and cable tv but bit away from everything.

It was a rather sweet and refreshing experience, with the rooms being large and amenities being provided anytime. The location was just nice too, with eateries nearby as well as local shops. The inhouse massage was superb as well and more affordable than at the shops outside

Very Big Room Clean and fast Check In. I Recommend this hotel for all of you.

Nice place . Checked out today. Had a good 12 day stay there. There is always a tuk drivers waiting outside so it is easy to move around.

The location is not convenient because there are few restaurants and shops near the hotel. But it was not so problem because the room was good compared to the price. There were some not good points. -At breakfast, a staff passed the dirty cup without checking. -I ordered avocado bread. The avocado paste was only pasted on a bread and it was too cold. And there were no other dishes. I thought It was not worth 6usd.. But there is no restaurant where I can eat breakfast near the hotel.. -Cannot watch TV -The room was not cold enough even though I continued turning on the air conditioner. Insufficient gas? Heat goes in from gaps? High heat load?

I like the hotel so much. It’s everything as shown. The design of the room is beautiful. I can’t get enough of the view of pool. The breakfast is delicious. It’s perfect for a relaxing or get away trip.

A beautiful hotel for a perfect holiday. Friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. I recommend that you stay in Prana. Affordable price and ideal location.

You must visit this place. Good hotel. Good recommendation for anyone who wants a long stay.

I had a great stay at Prana Hotel in Siem Reap! From the warm welcome to the service, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel's location is ideal, peaceful yet close to major attractions. The staff was very helpful in arranging my day tour to Angkor Wat and providing local tips. The serene pool area and top-notch spa services provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring Angkor Wat. Staff arranged for me an in room oil massage that was very relaxing. Prana Hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cambodia!

We were really enjoying our stay at this place. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The place is adorable and well designed. The room is big with a very comfortable bed. Very convenient to go to the center of the city by bike or Tuktuk. Highly recommended ♥️

the service is pretty cool, and if we are late for check in hour they also leave us the key

Rooms are not well maintained, e.g doors’ and windows’ locks are broken. Shower or water pressure doesn’t work well.

We booked for 8 days, but I liked the hotel so much that it was extended for another 3 days. Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff.
