A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

Everything about this place is top-notch and wonderful! The staff are very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is spectacular and the whole place has a very peaceful and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious foods and we chose to have our evening meal here every night as well. The dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced! I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, and Metta Residence and Spa is at the very top of my list of favourite places to stay. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much!

Spacious, bright rooms, beautiful swimming pool set in a lush garden make this hotel a perfect spot for both tourist explorations and relax. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, yet within a short distance from Pub Street and the city center. An authentic seafood restaurant is just around the corner. I will be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this family run boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and accurately pictured here and on their website. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities with local decor and personalized attention. There are a variety of room setups available. The front is small and easy to miss but a few steps through the gate and it opens up into paradise with a small but pleasant pool. Breakfast has several tasty fresh options. The location is fantastic. I felt completely safe wandering the streets. Many great restaurants nearby. On a quiet street 5-10 min walk to pub street and the night market across the river. I spent a few days here winding down after a big tour so did not use their tour services but they can arrange anything you want. I did want 1 more peek at the temples so they arranged a great tuktuk driver for me for that. This is an inexpensive but quality hotel. They are listed on all the third party sites but I recommend reserving on their website. I had some problems with the on line reservation form but was able to arrange everything easily by email. I always got responses by the next day (which I thought was great given the time change to USA). I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Seim Reap

I really enjoyed my 6 night stay at Sreng Angkor Flower hotel, I think the highlight of my time here was the wonderful, friendly reception staff, I felt so at home and safe. The hotel itself is in a good location, just a short tuk tuk ride away from the centre and I particularly enjoyed visiting a restaurant across the street called ‘best mom’ there are also laundry services close to the hotel which come in handy. The hotel is modern, bright, clean and an added bonus was the flat screen tv/being able to link my Netflix account. The bed was large and very comfortable and I slept very well here. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again, highly recommend! Thanks for all sreng Angkor!

The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.

CClaireKI have never experienced such extraordinary hospitality as I did at Anansaya la Maison in Siem Reap. From the personalized welcome addressing me by name to the refreshing coconut welcome drink, the offer of a daily 60-minute massage, complimentary laundry service, and a bottle of wine waiting in my room, the attention to detail was impeccable. Although the shuttle tuk tuk to destinations required a $3 fee for return, the overall service was exceptional.
At the swimming pool, I enjoyed free delightful treats like waffles and refreshing smoothies, all provided with warm smiles and genuine politeness. The staff consistently checked in to ensure my tours went smoothly, adding to the feeling of being genuinely cared for.
Room 105, with its stunning garden view, was beyond compare. I am completely enamored with this hotel and its staff, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone I know. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for treating me like royalty and creating an unforgettable experience.

Great location close to the supermarkets, bubble tea store, food eateries, and a short distance from Pub Street and other local attractions. Staff made sure that the room is tended to everyday, it's left clean and tidy for us. Fresh water is left daily, shower had good pressure, A/C helps to cool the room, and bed is comfortable. Tip: Ask for 2 x keycards to keep one in the room to a/c running. We had complimentary breakfast in the mornings, plenty of choices from the al a carte menu and buffet - delicious and well-made pancakes, french toast, iced coffee, congee, and noodle soup. The only suggestions I could think of is to have A/C on (or fan) in the lobby to make it more welcoming for guests on entry. Also to have more channels available on the TV. Otherwise everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

JJoelbastedoAnjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuI had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.

The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

Breakfast was a culinary delight. The hotel offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes and drinks. I highly recommend trying the Khmer Options – a true gastronomic highlight.
What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The seamless blend of elegance and comfort created an inviting ambiance. The staff's dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident throughout my stay.
Considering the superb service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent breakfast, I believe Mera Residence offers exceptional value for money. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are dated with faded curtains, cushions and bench seats, your balcony cabana rooms have a small shared balcony with only two seats so realistically, not really a balcony you can use with an occupied room next door. Due to this I was upgraded to a room with a private balcony to which I was grateful, however the room still isn't the best. The toilet seat had stains on in on the curve so looks like has never really been scrubbed clean, marks on the walls and an a/c unit that is keeping the room slightly cooler than outside. The distance from the centre is also a lot further than promoted. Staff are of course all fabulous but they all are in Cambodia, they do hospitality service well in this country. The pool is small with only7 lounges and each time I tried to get one they were all full. I was sent a message upon booking offering massages at the hotel from $8 but when I arrived to prices started from $14. In a highly competitive accommodation market I'd advise you to stay elsewhere closer to the city for the same price.

PPengguna TetamuBeen to this old chestnut a few times over the years. Good thing is, it doesn’t change. You know what to expect. It is still good value for money IMO. Coming from a 5 star hotel a few days earlier in Bangkok I new what to expect. Bed was hard but sleepable, shower nice and hot, the small step down from the bathroom into the room will get you every time lol, the tv on the wall is only their for aesthetics, aircon works fine, no elevator but I prefer the exercise anyway. Be very careful walking down the stairs as there is very poor lighting. The pool area is really nice considering the hotel standard. No fault of the hotel but the noise on the street is ridiculous! Doff, doff going until 4-5 am full on every night by the mobile disco/bar. I can’t believe the police allow this to happen! I feel sorry for the hotels surrounding because they lose customers. Will probably stay again next time I find myself in SR because it is so convenient. Staff are always casual and pleasant. Cheers
