A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

First and foremost, the peaceful location of the property was a real asset. It allowed us to enjoy a month of tranquil relaxation, away from the daily hustle and bustle. The peaceful nights we spent in your comfortable beds were particularly appreciated, thanks to the absence of any noise disturbances. The room's decoration was extremely pleasant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a significant advantage, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We also wanted to highlight your responsiveness as a host. Your availability and willingness to help greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable and worry-free. The free and secure parking was another positive point, offering additional peace of mind. Overall, our month spent at your place was a fantastic experience, and we sincerely thank you for your exceptional hospitality. You arrive as a customer and leave feeling like family❤. Family run hostel with every member of staff warm and attentive to your every need and stay experience. Big beds and rooms,good showers,ultra clean and comfortable with a positive,upbeat but relaxing ambience. Very good location, walking distance from pub street, supermarkets, street food and local Buddhists pagodas. I stayed for one month, wish i could of stayed longer(end of visa). I shall miss all the staff and owners, thankyou for a great stay, hopefully see you all again one day ❤🙏🏾

“Nice Experience!”
I spent 4 nights here on mission and I can say that everything was fine. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other centers in the Siemreap town center. I recommend this hotel to those having a business trip or vacation . And those who wish to stay near foods center and pub street.

We booked for 1 month but stayed for 3 weeks and left. I wasn't actually planning to write a comment, but the manager's rude and insincere attitude forced me to write a comment; -The pool was not cleaned for 1 month -There is only one pan in the kitchen and I think it is at least 6-7 years old. Welcome cancer... -In the morning, smoke from the chimney of the Italian restaurant next door fills the room. -The rooms are dark and there is not enough lighting -The sheets and pillowcases are stained, and cat-sized mice are crawling around where they wash and hang them. -In general, there is a big hygiene problem, we bought cleaning supplies from the nearby market and cleaned our room ourselves. -Television and air conditioning controls do not work, the television in the bedroom does not work. As a hotel owner myself, the last thing I can say is that it is not a place to stay for a long time, it is a business with potential due to its building and location, but unfortunately it has been entrusted to the wrong hands.

Lovely staff, perfect location. Directly across from the Rambutan who do fabulous cocktails. Breakfast was extremely basic without any proper effort put in by the staff which is disappointing. Instant coffee was also a bit surprising considering how great coffee can be around there. All in all still a great little place. Oh yeah the pool does need a big overhaul too

Nestled amidst the vibrant city, the hotel stands out as the epitome of luxury and hospitality. Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap.
Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were:
Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation.
The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended.
Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone.
Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.

Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing.
The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia.
The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring.
Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful.
A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable.
We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors.
In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming; always keen to help. Great location close to the supermarkets, bubble tea store, food eateries, and a short distance from Pub Street and other local attractions. Staff made sure that the room is tended to everyday, it's left clean and tidy for us. Fresh water is left daily, shower had good pressure, A/C helps to cool the room, and bed is comfortable. Tip: Ask for 2 x keycards to keep one in the room to a/c running. We had complimentary breakfast in the mornings, plenty of choices from the al a carte menu and buffet - delicious and well-made pancakes, french toast, iced coffee, congee, and noodle soup. The only suggestions I could think of is to have A/C on (or fan) in the lobby to make it more welcoming for guests on entry. Also to have more channels available on the TV. Otherwise everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and
The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.

KKOG108A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The seamless blend of elegance and comfort created an inviting ambiance. The staff's dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident throughout my stay.
Considering the superb service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent breakfast, I believe Mera Residence offers exceptional value for money. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

PPengguna TetamuGuests should be aware that, although the webpage clearly states that rooms are equipped with a 21 inch television including cable service, this is deception. Technically yes, there is a tv, but no cable or antennae service, and no remote control. The front desk clerk told me that no rooms have tv service due to sidewalk re-construction , however no construction was evident at the time of my stay.
I was checked into a 3rd floor room, and the internet signal was too weak. When I complained, I was moved to a 2nd floor room, so problem solved. If you choose to stay here, be forewarned that there are no elevators. Also, be aware that Pub Street is very close (across the street) and the very loud music persists throughout every night, until 6 AM. A good pair of ear plugs is an essential requirement. On my last night there I could not use the earplugs because I needed to set an alarm clock due to early morning travel obligations, and it was a sleepless night for me.
On the plus side, the prices are reasonable considering these faults. The staff were friendly, including front desk clerks and the house keeping persons. On two occasions, however, the housekeepers failed to lock my room door after cleaning, so my belongings were vulnerable to theft until I returned to the room. The second time, the door was left ajar! I brought this to the desk clerk’s attention, so it didn’t happen again. The rooms that I saw were kept clean and well maintained, except TV service, as well as the lobby and hallways. I did not use, nor see the pool area, and was not advised by staff upon check-in, of its existence, so I cannot comment on that.
This has a policy prohibiting you from bringing anyone to your room, unless they are a registered guest at the hotel.
I would give this hotel a 2.5 stars rating, out of 5 possible stars, overall.
There are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk. Khmer Kitchen, just a three minute walk, on San Sok Road, was one of my favorites. The night markets are also close by as well. Tuk- tuk drivers are always readily available should you want to visit Angkor Wat or other sites.
