Ulasan Glow Inn Siem Reap

Glow Inn is very well located in the heart of Siem Reap; close to markets, restaurantes and cafes. Glow Inn offers big enough rooms and a lovely pool for the very hot days in Siem Reap. The points that we didn't like were the fact that the aircon was extremely slow and the room would take almost an hour to cool down a bit. Besides that, one of the receptionists (female) was very unpleasant with us, complaining several times that we made the wrong car booking and asking for car/tours payments even before we checked in. The breakfast is also very basic and expensive, I don't recomend.

Staff excellent always happy to help. Great pool, lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Good mattress and pillows.

We really happy to stay here. Most of the guest is Cambodian. The hotel is located in walking-distance to pub street and supermarket. All staff was helpful and polite. The room was not big but the bed is good. The only bad comment is the shower is not that strong.

The room is too small but it good that it near pub street . When I sleep I hear something wrong 😑….. and make me sleep not well.

Staff were amazing and very friendly! Location is great. Less than 5 minutes to Pub Street by walking But it is a quiet location. Free airport pick up. That same driver can take you around on tours if needed. Seems like a reasonable price without the hassle. Room is smaller than expected but good enough. AC gets the room cool quickly. Bed was ok. Bathroom was ok. Small shower space. Has a small fridge. Has a safe. Room was clean enough. Nice looking swimming pool, but we didn’t have time to use it.

The hotel was very convenient and easy to travel from. My tour guides, especially my driver Mr. Sean, were very good. I found the staff to be super friendly. The only problem I had, which was minor, was that the food choices in the morning were very, very limited. (No granola or smoothies!!!)

This hotel is close to Pub Street , the loud music all night long was a problem for me . I didn’t sleep from the noise of the music and barking dogs. I was put on the the third floor and the steps where a challenge to get up and down from my room. I was booked for two days but checked out before the end of my stay. Very friendly staff.
