Hotel was very nice, the staff is trying their best to keep it clean and tidy. With the pool and the trees around the place feels like oasis. Located next to smelly market yes but there will be tuktuk guy providing by hotel knows way around and you can find those guys at the gate anytime. Definitely go again next time way more worth to money

The place is right inside the market. Not easy to find. Love the spacious room. But the swimming pool looks small and not really clean

We had a very pleasant stay at Indra Porak Residence Hotel. It's actually tucked within Pshar Krom (Market Below, literally, as there is a big market called Pshar Leu, Market Above along the national road, where the minivan stations are), while some may not like it, but it's nice to see the very local and residential side of Siem Reap as opposed to seeing it only as a tourist attraction. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is super well trained - defintiely a super plus point here, day to night, they can converse in English without a glitch, when we came back in the evening with stuff, they even offered help. There's also a very nice pool which I was not able to enjoy, but will come back next time. The only issue I had was the water, (could it be of rusty pipes?), please kindly look into it.

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, breakfast was nice and the room was lovely. Just needed better hot water as it was more warm than hot.

The location is good but when I went by tuk tuk they cannot go through because we need to pass by the market. The cleanliness is fine but the toilet is abit old. For the services, they really helpful. Overall it is great the room is super big.
