The hotel only made a good impression upon entering the room, where my name was spelled out in grass and flowers on the bed... and that was it. The bathroom was dirty, as if the renovation had stopped halfway. The garden view turned out to be a view of the back area, and every time you moved the curtain, you had to wash your hands because it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. The floor was dirty, and despite daily cleaning, it always smelled of an old, dirty mop. The fridge was horribly dirty. A nightmare. Definitely the worst hotel on our entire trip through Cambodia. For this price, you can find a much better standard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My family really enjoyed our stay and we had a lot of fun. The service, hospitality, and warm welcome were incredible. We were very well taken care of upon arrival. All the staff are attentive and approachable.
