Super good hotel. Good variety of food for breakfast. Great facilities, taxi service to the airport. Clean swimming pool. Staff are so friendly, always smile and make you feel welcomed. Especially Sea sambo, very nice to talk to her. Great experience.

The staff are great. They basically organized any trips I needed and shared their recommendations. I'd just like to call out Pam and Alice in particular. Pam organized everything while I was there and Alice checked in with me before arrival and when I was leaving. Even though the hotel was on a busy road it was very quiet in the room. It's not in the centre of town which I liked.

Highly recommended this hotel..the room was amazing,the staffs were so friendly and polite, the restaurant is great (breakfast., lunch and dinner) everything was great..

The room and facilities were a bit old, but the staff were very kind. They even provided a bento service when found out I couldn't eat breakfast.

一走進這家酒店，就看到一尊大佛像，給人賓至如歸的感覺。在辦理入住手續時，服務生給我們送上了冰毛巾，當地小食和冰飲，房間床上也用蓮花擺出了歡迎造型和水果，很花了一番心思。每天進出房間，所有工作人員都會熱情地打招呼，遞上冰毛巾，房間也會貼心地放上當地小零食和次日天氣預報。每天早餐提供當地特色美食，不重樣。臨走還送了小食讓我們帶到機場吃。餐廳前面是泳池，泳池另一邊是個舞台，隔天有當地特色表演。總而言之，酒店的地理位置（離酒吧街步行衹要幾分鐘），服務以及硬件我都很滿意！另：特地表揚一下大堂經理Visal，回答諮詢特別耐心詳細）

酒店位置非常棒，距離夜市衹要步行兩分鐘，酒店的服務超級贊，接送機服務非常方便，價格合理，酒店服務人員對中國人非常友好，很多還會用中文交流，SPA太舒服了，優惠後簡直是太划算，酒店隔天晚上還有當地民俗歌舞表演，小朋友特別喜歡，泳池對小朋友也非常友好，酒店房間很棒，很寬敞，每天送的水果和小零食也是很美味，總之是物超所值，下次去還會選擇這家酒店，太喜歡了

泊まって良かったホテルです！ 部屋は少し暗かったですが、綺麗に清掃されていてアメニティもしっかり用意がありました。 トイレ、シャワーも気持ちよく使用出来ました。 歩いてマーケットまで行ける、近くにコンビニとスーパーもあり、立地はとても良かったです。 スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、チェックイン時、ホテルに戻った時など笑顔で挨拶してくれるのが嬉しかったです。 朝ごはんがボリューム満点で美味しかったです！ この満足度でこの料金、コスパもすごくよいと思います。 またシェムリアップに来た際はお世話になりたいホテルです。

飯店位置真的很好，服務人員也都很親切，特別推薦一個manager叫做mon, 很認真協助我們處理問題，但打掃有點不乾淨，我們剛開始進去有招待水果，但垃圾桶有殘留的水果沒倒乾淨，除此之外我們都住的很開心

前台服務人員比較負責任。服務比較周到。我本來定了10天，臨時有事想推掉兩天，結果攜程給我説酒店不同意，我是提前好幾天説的這個事情。我之前定的時候顯示衹要提前兩天左右時間就可以退沒有罰金。我提前好幾天退兩天不行。給我兩天不退換成兩頓晚餐和一個spa，因為時間關係我吃了一頓晚餐，吃的很好吃。spa我想説的就是那個沒有勁啊。我還是喜歡泰國那種按摩，咔咔的使勁摁啊，我讓她使勁摁，也沒有多大勁，後來我想就這樣吧。最後我想吐槽的是，我在這實際住了八天，後面連續幾天沒有給我打掃衞生，我一個人其實也不亂，就是沒有給我打掃。總之讓我印象深刻的就是服務比較好。 過程中我説我住的比較吵給我換一個安靜的，第二天就給我換了

Super Service, überaus freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, Unterstützung bei aller Arten von Buchungen (geführte Tour, Moped mieten, Tickets kaufen) zu fairen Preisen. Bei den Anmietungen konnten wir keine Preisunterschiede feststellen. Frühstück sehr gut und essen insgesamt sehr schmackhaft und immer frisch zubereitet. Lage sehr gut. 5-7 min Gehweg zum Old Market im Zentrum und doch im Zimmerbereich sehr ruhig. Alles sehr sauber und entspannter Poolbereich
