Hotel berhampiran War Museum Cambodia, Siem Reap

i had booked for villas with outdoor space, end up given normal hotel rooms and they said price the same. Their villas closed because there is big group booking and using the villas. The hotel did not even inform us that we have to give up our villas to others. Neither are we being informed by Trip of any changes. We want to have dinner in the hotel, restaurant also closed, all serving the big group that occupy the villas. They end up serving ' room service' menu to us and we have to wait and eat at lobby waiting/sitting area. Pretty disappointed as we expect Resort is not just a room to sleep.

My sister and I had a lovely time (4 days) in Seam Reap, especially enjoyed fabulous breakfast. The Lotus Blanc Resort’s staff is great and very gentle. Mr Chiva is very enthusiastic and tries his best to meet our needs. 
The travel desk organized very well all we needed and wanted to do. Hats off to our driver Sothat who was super kind, thoughtful and attentive. Whenever we come out after visiting the scenic spots, cold towels and mineral water will be provided to us. In addition, he is very knowledgeable. We are very happy to spend a pleasant holiday here! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

It was nice hotel and location is not in the center but close to Angkor Wat. Their service was brilliant and they let us check in early after sleepless night at the airport which was lovely. Staffs are nice, room is clean and big. Room service was excellent too. We extended our stay by 2 more nights as we enjoyed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had many choices.

Tenang dalam keadaan bising, layanan baik, dan kepuasan keseluruhan. Perincian biliknya sangat bagus, dan reka bentuk hiasannya hampir sedikit berbanding dengan nisbah harga / prestasi.

I would like thank you FCC Angkor staff have a friendly service and they have a welcome drink and we got a free upgrade for the room the location very convenient and  walkable to local food and about 1 km to night Market

Beautifully designed Resort and the Staff is incredible friendly! Does Not Matter If the Front of the House employees, waiters or housekeeping; all really Professional. The breakfast offers a big variety of Asian Cuisine and Western Classics. Pool area is very nice. The only Part which could be improved is that the rooms are spacious as well as well maintained, but in general a Bit old and could get a do-over.

Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! We had the best time ever at The Embassy Angkor! The rooms are beautiful with the most comfy bed we had all vacation. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is so nice we could stay there for days. We were also very impressed with Rin, Lucky, Morning star and the rest of the staff who were always very kind and helpful. Overall highly recommended and we would love to come back
