Very beautiful terraced house "Maison N°35", 2 storeys, terraced, built in 2003. In the hamlet Bluche, 4 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden (not fenced) lawn 15 m2. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (limited number of spaces), single garage. Restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop "Bluche village" 900 m, railway station "Funiculaire Bluche" 1.1 km, lake Grenon 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 150 m, skisport facilities 3 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4.5 km. The house is well located, below Crans ằ Bluche. A car is recommended to reach the start of the slopes, otherwise a paid bus is available 1 km away on foot but the passages are quite far apart.

Wir sind von der Doppelhaushälfte total begeistert. Alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Wohnung war mehr als perfekt ausgestattet (vor allem im Küchenbereich). Die Betten waren bequem, die Umgebung sehr ruhig und die Aussicht atemberaubend.

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage,ideal für Familie mit Kindern.Neuwertiges Inventar, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung, schöner Garten und herrliche Lage an einem Privatweg mit toller Aussicht.

Casa perfectamente equipada, muy limpia, y con vistas maravillosas. Situada en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de todos los servicios en Crans Montana. A destacar que es la mitad de una casa, la otra mitad es para uso de los dueños pero no estaban.
