Hotel Sigiriya dengan Bar

Lovely hotel with comfortable beds situated a short drive from the Sigiriya rock. The restaurant area is the only place that has a view of the rock, and not the rooms itself. Still a lovely place to stay.

到前台辦入住找不到訂單，出示入住憑證都查不到，完全不知道問題出在哪裡，等了很久也不先給我們安排好房間再繼續再繼續確認核實，攜程溝通了半天也不見他們解決，這裏的服務堪憂，不知道哪裡出問題了，等了一個多小時終於先安排住下來，後來才拿了入住的單子來簽字！早餐時點單的，英式或者斯裏蘭卡式早餐。酒店周邊有超市，飯店，不過在這裏吃飯點單隻打一個慢，就點了個漢堡等了一個多小時，還不好吃😓

酒店在一片樹林之中，由6-7棟漂亮的二層小樓組成，每棟樓有4個房間。酒店有很大的院子，大草坪、游泳池都非常漂亮。房間設施中規中矩，沒有特別出彩的地方。服務非常好，熱情、周到，歡迎飲料很好喝。早餐不是自助，品種比較簡單，衹有烤麪包、雞蛋、水果拼盤、果汁和牛奶。房間隔音不好，如果相鄰的兩個房間是陌生人的話，可能會互相影響。院子的樹上有很多猴子，猴子會在房頂玩耍，製造出很大的聲響，這個是優點還是缺點每個人有不同的評價。總之是很好的酒店，不論是作為過度還是休閑度假，都是不錯的選擇

The staff were superb! They couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable one. The room was clean with plenty of space. Air conditioned and comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good: fruit, roti, coconut pancakes, eggs how you want them, fruit juice, other bits too. Our table was hardly big enough to hold it all. An excellent location to visit Lion Rock and several restaurants and bars within walking distance serving local and western options.

The hotel is nice, spacious beautiful room at check in we were treated to a refreshing juice. There is a big pool on the grounds and a big jacuzzi with hot water in the room.  Minuses of the hotel: Far from the attractions. Taxi from the center only go there for the price of pick me x2. Hotel taxi are 3 times more expensive. There are no stores and restaurants near the hotel, so inside the hotel prices for food x3, Also after 6pm it is dangerous to be outside because elephants are walking around. Now let's talk about the premium status and the five races. In 7 years of traveling, this is the first hotel that did not have a bathrobe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The plumbing in the shower leaks, and the doors creak so much that you could call the spirits at night. Regarding the attention to the customer. I mentioned my upcoming birthday in conversation with the manager, but this fact was not used in any way to show any form of attention from the hotel. This is a huge miscalculation on the part of the staff at a premium hotel. We also had a late departure and our request to delay in the hotel for a couple of hours was refused. This was not due to the arrival of new customers, as the manager offered to extend our stay for a fee. For future customers this fact may be decisive in their choice. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the service and flexibility of the staff, as well as individual approach to customers, does not correspond to the premium level and requires improvement.

Отель мне понравился за бассейн и аккуратные корпуса. В номерах деревянные двери на балкон, на первых этажах с балконов можно выйти прямо в бассейн. Мы покупали 2 ужина по 3600 рупий с человека. В первый день еда была не особо вкусная – всё было острым, мне понравились только жареные баклажаны и десерты. На второй ужин еда была вкуснее, зато десерты не очень. Из фруктов, как и во всех отелях Шри-Ланки были арбузы, ананасы и папайя. На завтраках не было сыра, это печально. Спасались омлетом. Самый ужас – кофе из пакетиков. Для отеля за такую цену —непозволительно. Коктейли стоят 1800 рупий, маленькие и некрепкие. В первый день сказали, что у них в праздник полнолуния алкоголь не подают вовсе. Отель могу порекомендовать на 1-2 ночи. Удобное расположение, большие номера, хороший бассейн.

Sigiriya village was an exceptional stay! From the moment that we arrived we were taken care of with great service and friendliness! The surroundings are so beautiful with lush green trees, monkeys and other animals. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The best part was the amazing buffet dinner! Amazing selection with superb quality food! Sigiriya Village is well located and you can see the rock from the swimming pool area. Definitely recommend staying here!

酒店的位置比較偏僻，但裏面像莊園一樣。客房是類似於平層別墅的一張大床加一小床的房間，可以住三個成年人。房間衞生不錯，馬桶旁地漏容易積水。大床的床墊軟硬適中，落地門窗面向園內，景觀一流。雖然沒看到猴子來拍門，但各種鶯啼鳥囀不絕於耳，生態自然環境保護得很好👍早餐品種豐富，不衹是咖喱食物，還有不少培根燕麥類的，還有西瓜木瓜等熱帶水果。比較滿意的一次住宿
