Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this Manh Quan Luxury Hotel. We will definitely come back for future trips. We’re personally content with: Pros: 1. Staff are very nice & smiley, yet not too casual, we were especially impressed with the security guard much that before leaving we’re looking for him to give him a tip but he wasn’t there. He was very friendly and helpful at guiding us to park inside the property. 2. Although the breakfast options were limited and pho bo ran out when I had breakfast (about 8.30am), the instant noodles were tasty. 3. Everything seemed very organized, even more than big hotels that we’d gone to. Cons: I hope the hotel manager could pay more attention to these following points to improve guests’ experience: 1. When we’re about to lay in bed, we found some hairs on the bedsheet. That could be of housekeepers when they changed the bedsheet, yet before guests check in, they could’ve rechecked the whole room (though the receptionist was very responsive when we asked for a new bedsheet, he even offered us to change to anither room). 2. There’re no beers in the minibar :( if there was, that’d made my partner’s night more completed :) 3. The water coming out of the shower head was way weaker than the head shower and lower tap. 4. I think it’d be more convenient if there was a rack or so in the shower, making it easier to reach out to shower or shampoo bottles, etc. Currently, you gotta place your stuff on the shower floor.

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.

Bố mẹ tôi đã kỷ niệm 30 năm ngày cưới tại Tam Đảo. Bạn Nguyệt lễ tân đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi rất nhiệt tình, sắp xếp 4 phòng cùng thư chào mừng dành cho từng phòng một. Bố mẹ tôi đã có một ngày kỉ niệm rất hạnh phúc trong tiết trời se lạnh của Tam Đảo. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Khách sạn được trang trí rất đẹp. Gia đình tôi đã chụp được rất nhiều ảnh để kỉ niệm cho chuyến đi này. Tuy nhiên, quãng thời gian 2n1d là quá ngắn để chúng tôi khám phá hết các góc chụp hình tuyệt vời tại đây. Hi vọng có một ngày không xa chúng tôi có thể quay lại và dành nhiều thời gian hơn với Venus

It will be good idea space to avoid noise of city within short time for transferring. Breakfast with a lot of selection! Swimming pool and services was good. Room is spacious and nice decoration………..

Khách đẹp, cổ kính, sân vườn được trồng nhiều loại hoa. Ngày mình đi khí trời lạnh vào được ngắm khung cảnh nơi đây thật thơ mộng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, tiếp đón chu đáo cà chuyên nghiệp. Cả đoàn mình ở phòng bungalo nói chung cũng thoải mái, nội thất bên trong ổn, có thêm máy sưởi nên tối ngủ ngon hơn khi ở các khách sạn khác khi trời rét.
