Lovely, peaceful resort with very friendly and helpful staff. A nice sized pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. It’s on the quieter end of the beach but has its own pier where you can get a boat to and from the main pier. Sunset beach was only a 20 minute walk away which I would recommend if you want to see a beautiful sunset! A little paradise!

Nice room decoration for my birthday with a nice view. Local staff can speak English and Chinese. Thank you for the arrangement, definitely we will come back with family. A good hotel and good location, highly recommended.

Booked twin sea view but it was side sea view with the view at the wall, front rooms. Gym is small, no water there. The staff is not trying to solve your problems. Only with the help of trip.com my problem was solved. Employees/workers are living in the hotel. Hotel is new but management is week. Breakfast was great, very big choice of food.

EXCELLENT! Here's WHY: The place itself is serene already. Considering Covid's situation with probably fewer guests in the past year or two, they still have a decent-looking place. Reception is clean and well organized, lifts are clean, and the hallways are tidy. I stayed in the deluxe room category. If I did not come to enjoy the beach view and the pool, I would not leave my room. The deluxe room is pretty cozy. Well maintained; hoping the rest of the rooms too. Food? I could not say anything terrible about what the cuisines taste. It was superb! I came during a peak season, so expect some delays without changing food quality. I did not manage to swim as I preferred to relax and swim at the ocean pool instead. The beach was clean, and I saw many people enjoying their time swimming. The ocean pool is heaven! You must visit that area if you want to have ”intragamable” sunset photos. I know two nights was not enough, that is why I am sad but will surely visit again for a longer time. Thank you! Special mention to the F&B Manager, the head of security, the restaurant team, the spa team (excellent services and facility), and Anna, the General Manager.

Almost awesome. We stayed 5 days and had a few small issues but nothing unresolved. The small things were missing. Like umbrellas and useful concierge service. Half the place was closed and it had seen better days but the pool was fun and it wasn’t too far from interesting things. As a family it was ok.

Baiklah, apa yang boleh saya katakan, sama seperti dalam cerita itu, semuanya bermula dengan baik))) orang baik, tempat atmosfera, dan perkhidmatannya begitu-begitu: pertama, mereka tidak menawarkan pemindahan dari jeti ke hotel dan kembali ke jeti, saya berjalan di sepanjang pantai dengan beg pakaian. Semasa mendaftar keluar, ternyata $27 telah ditambahkan pada akaun. Pantai di hadapan hotel pada waktu pagi adalah kotor, tidak dibersihkan, dan sebahagiannya di dalam sampah dari kafe. Kebisingan dari siling, pada waktu petang dan dari 5 pagi (!) bunyi di belakang siling, anak kucing dilepaskan di atas bumbung dan mereka bermain ... semasa menempah bilik dalam pilihan - pemandangan taman, ternyata pemandangan pagar jiran, muzik di bar sehingga 11:00 malam, kakitangan mula bekerja pada 5:30 dan berkomunikasi dengan kuat. Bar tidak tahu cara membuat koktel; pinot calada klasik telah bertukar menjadi cecair dengan kepingan santan.

Good location, staffs are friendly good smiling and help full from first day check in till I check out. Room very clean with good sea view with sunset. Swimming pool is nice at high floor gym yes for me. Breakfast got many options yes I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thanks for your best service

Do not stay here. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures anymore. It’s filthy and run down and has red spray paint all over the resort in Khmer writing stating that it’s needs to be demolished, followed by final warning messages. Our room was filthy and there were stains on the robes provided. I checked out immediately and went to the Sara Resort which is half the price and gorgeous with wonderful staff. Upon check out the Owner, Tobias Ziegler, was very rude and confrontational saying there was nothing wrong with falsely advertising their resort. He reluctantly agreed to refund 1 night but said he needed to get a hold of Expedia to refund it. I contacted Expedia myself and they reached out to the hotel and Tobias refused my refund completely. This place may have been nice before, but be warned it looks nothing like the advertising and the owner is a liar and has no problem scamming you.

Close to perfect. Couldn’t sleep well the first day because of being slightly claustrophobic But all in all, superb
