Lovely, peaceful resort with very friendly and helpful staff. A nice sized pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. It’s on the quieter end of the beach but has its own pier where you can get a boat to and from the main pier. Sunset beach was only a 20 minute walk away which I would recommend if you want to see a beautiful sunset! A little paradise!

Booked twin sea view but it was side sea view with the view at the wall, front rooms. Gym is small, no water there. The staff is not trying to solve your problems. Only with the help of trip.com my problem was solved. Employees/workers are living in the hotel. Hotel is new but management is week. Breakfast was great, very big choice of food.

EXCELLENT! Here's WHY: The place itself is serene already. Considering Covid's situation with probably fewer guests in the past year or two, they still have a decent-looking place. Reception is clean and well organized, lifts are clean, and the hallways are tidy. I stayed in the deluxe room category. If I did not come to enjoy the beach view and the pool, I would not leave my room. The deluxe room is pretty cozy. Well maintained; hoping the rest of the rooms too. Food? I could not say anything terrible about what the cuisines taste. It was superb! I came during a peak season, so expect some delays without changing food quality. I did not manage to swim as I preferred to relax and swim at the ocean pool instead. The beach was clean, and I saw many people enjoying their time swimming. The ocean pool is heaven! You must visit that area if you want to have ”intragamable” sunset photos. I know two nights was not enough, that is why I am sad but will surely visit again for a longer time. Thank you! Special mention to the F&B Manager, the head of security, the restaurant team, the spa team (excellent services and facility), and Anna, the General Manager.

The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Hotel yang patut disyorkan. Kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat baik Walaupun mereka tidak berbahasa Cina, mereka sentiasa memberikan perkhidmatan dan komunikasi yang mesra. Biliknya agak kecil dan kemudahannya tidak lengkap, tetapi perkhidmatan yang baik dapat mengimbangi semua kelemahan. Adalah disyorkan agar anda berkomunikasi dengan pihak hotel terlebih dahulu sebelum membuat tempahan, supaya anda boleh memilih jeti yang terdekat untuk tiba di pelabuhan hotel, ia adalah satu pengalaman yang unik. Pulau ini memang agak primitif, dengan hampir tiada perdagangan Ia sesuai untuk beriadah dan berbaring.

i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs.

We were only meant to stay one night, ended up staying four nights. This resort is exceptional, see attached photos, paradise on earth. Swings,bed swings and free kayaking/paddleboarding. Breakfast was big! lunch/dinner prices were expensive but well cooked and big portions.it is well located, 8 minute beach walk to the busier side of scarens bay. the resort itself has had a difficult year with a land dispute happening last February, other resorts have had to close down. This resort had a steady flow of guests and had started repainting the closure order graffiti.

I'm not someone who treasures a ****** in the hotel. So that did not impress me. Neither did the high prices for a small room with very cheap metal doors to a very small balcony looking onto a construction site. The staff was great and helpful .... the pool and bar on the roof are nice.... but the rest lacks a certain je ne sais quoi.....
