Hotel berhampiran Pagoda Beach Koh Rong, Sihanoukville

My wife and I stayed here for one night. The food was really nice, and the bedroom itself was gorgeous, with a big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. However, when we attempted to have a shower before check out, the water stopped working. My wife, having just put conditioner in her hair, didn’t want to just check out without washing it out as this could damage her hair. I inquired about the water at reception and they said wait for 10 minutes for them to repair it. I returned in 15 minutes as the water still wasn’t working. They said they couldn’t get it fixed for another hour, but gave us a large container of water to wash my wife’s hair, for which we were grateful. While the pool looked nice, there was a green plastic fencing stretching across the back which made seeing the spectacular beach view from the pool near impossible, which was disappointing. Regardless, the staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful at all times, and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Had an amazing stay there, staffs are superb, room is spacious, food is also super good especially the dessert it is sooooo amazing and definitely I would love to visit there again

TOTALLY AMAZING 🤩 great service, all the staff is nice and attend. it's located right in front of the beach which is very very clean, the sand is white and has beach beds available all the time, they provide beach towels and the prices for snacks and food are quite fair. The only minor issue could be that the breakfast buffet is the same everyday is still good and tasty. If you want to party MAD MONKEY is right besides. Clean, spacious and lovely. So satisfied!

It’s simply THE BEST resort you can find on the island, thanks to its facilities and its position: it’s on a stunning private beach, with light blue water and white sand, and immersed in a flourishing garden that assures you privacy and tranquillity (but if you want to have fun, you can find a lot parties at walking distance). The swimming pool near the sea is also stunning, especially at sunset. The food is very good, and the staff is super nice, competent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with all the amenities and a big wonderful bathroom. I would suggest to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

All info is informed clearly,full services are available, best transportation arrangement, private taxi, ferry tickets, boat/car/tuk tuk trips, massage, scooter rental, plenty of sunbeds on the beach, gym, swimming pool, great food; esp. BBQ. Best staff, giving you all info, caring, friendly, respectful. We think it's the best resort on this spot. Surprised our room is decorated with beautiful & colorful flowers and dining table on the beach. Do recommend this place and we'll come back and recommend to our family & friends

this is a unique spot, you can arrive at resort by the resort boat what is very nice. the resort have cosy environment and even they were completely sold out you were no seeing so many persons. the beach is amazing and you can choose your own villa with private pool. the staff is very professional and always there to support you. they some social sustainability activities like planting trees or visit local primary and kindergarten school and give some gifts. they supporting the implementation of system for the children to have water to drink in the school. the involvement of all staff in community is amazing.

Nous pensions séjourner dans un hôtel de rêve et dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très déçu. Effectivement, en photos, l'hôtel semble magnifique ! Mais la réalité est toute autre. L'hôtel semble ne pas avoir été terminé. Dès l'entrée, la réception est sans âme (le check-in se fait en 30 secondes sans passeport en mode ”ne restez pas là pour voir”), le chemin qui mène aux chambres est p****mé de détritus, de mauvaises herbes et d'un chemin en terre comme si des tractopelles venaient de passer. Nous avons payé 270€ pour 2 nuits pour une chambre familiale avec vue mer, première déception, nous ne voyons pas la mer car la végétation a pris le dessus. La chambre est très spacieuse mais manque de vie, il n'y a pas de télé, pas de meuble, la salle de bain reste à finir (non carrelée avec de la moisissure en bas), j'avais l'impression d'être dans un préfabriqué de chantier. Pour fermer la chambre, c'est un simple cadenas. Que dire du restaurant ... Le toit a pris feu et n'a pas été remplacé. On a donc des bâches de chantier qui bouchent les trous. Les repas sont chers mais ils sont bons ! L'accueil n'est pas au rendez-vous, le personnel ne comprend pas beaucoup l'anglais et le manager semble tirer la gueule tous les jours, ne donnant pas envie de rester devant cette magnifique plage. Le petit-déjeuner est ridicule, nous avons simplement des oeufs, du riz, des nouilles, deux fruits et des jus de fruits en bouteille. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 3-4 étoiles ... D'ailleurs pour se vanter un peu, l'hôtel n'a pas hésité à faire broder 5 étoiles sur les serviettes. L'espace plage est ridicule lui aussi, car nous avons seulement 3 parasols et une dizaine de transats sans matelas de plage pour tout l'hôtel. Les transats sont délabrés et le sol est jonché de déchets (verre du restaurant, briquets, paquets de cigarettes, etc ...). Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est d'être situé sur la magnifique plage de Long Beach qui est un vrai havre de paix. Si cet hôtel avait été moins cher, nous aurions accepté tous ces problèmes, mais à ce prix-là c'est inconcevable. Si j'avais lu ce genre de commentaires avant d'y aller, je n'aurais pas pris cet hôtel. Pour comparaison, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à Koh Rong Sanloem dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, pour moins cher et avec toutes les conditions réunies (piscine, accueil, restaurant, confort de la chambre).

Das Zimmer ist wirklich ok. Und wenn man mehr Zeit Draussen als Drinnen verbringt, absolut genügend. Mit wenigen Detailsarbwiten würde es schon anders wirken. Bessere Matratze (unsere war durchgelegen), saubere Bodenmatten (wurden länger nicht mehr gewaschen). Bad sollte wohl definitiv mal renoviert werden.

This has the most beautiful beach and setting, lovely food and accomodation staff amazing and helpful, 2 swimming pools and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. I would recommend for couples friend groups and family, No shops or supermarkets just the local shops with local items a real getaway from busy cities

Terdapat bot laju khas ke hotel ini, anda boleh membeli tiket bot laju secara terus, ia sangat mudah untuk seseorang pergi ke dan dari 27 dolar. Lebih kurang 1 jam dengan bot, anda boleh terus ke jeti hotel. Pantai hotel ini sangat cantik, dan taman hotel juga sangat sesuai untuk mengambil gambar. Tak perlu edit gambar langsung. Pemandangan sangat cantik! Terdapat juga burung merak di taman, yang sangat disukai oleh kanak-kanak, dan terdapat arnab dalam pengenalan hotel, tetapi mereka semua mati selepas bertanya. Satu-satunya rasa tidak puas hati ialah sarapan pagi sangat teruk, pada dasarnya tiada apa-apa untuk dimakan, makan tengah hari dan makan malam semuanya dipesan di restoran hotel, hidangan yang dipesan adalah baik, dan terdapat kentang goreng makanan segera, burger dan pizza di taman. Kanak-kanak suka. Makanan, kebersihan bilik tidak teruk, jauh lebih baik daripada hotel lain di Pulau Koh Rong. Hotel ini lebih sesuai untuk bermain sekeluarga, dan anda boleh melihat mink ketika menaiki bot, yang sangat menarik!
