Hotel berhampiran Acuario shubunki, Silao de la Victoria

Reservé el pasado 28 de mayo dos habitaciones dobles y no tuve ningún problema con la agencia en línea que me hizo la reservación. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel la encargada de la recepción y la otra persona que la apoya se tardaron 40 minutos en darme las habitaciones aduciendo fallas en el sistema, esta desafortunada experiencia deja muy mal las insignias que el hotel presume de reconocimientos ganados por atención y servicio. las habitaciones muy limpias y muy bonitas y muy amplias el desayuno limitado café de maquina y buena atención de la encargada seguridad y protocolo sanitario muy bien

Hola mis amigos el día de hoy, les vengo a recomendar este hotel. Llegamos a descansar una noche por que tomábamos un vuelo muy temprano. Llegamos como a las 10 pm de la noche, en recepción muy amable el personal, al llegar al cuarto, muy limpio y bonito, Las camas súper a gusto y la ropa de cama también, de verdad que descanse mucho. Cual fue mi sorpresa?? El hotel por el simple hecho de quedarte ahí, te da en cortesía 5 días para dejar tu carro, tienen el servicio de llevarte y recogerte al aeropuerto. Es un plus que de verdad si vas tomar algún vuelo temprano de este aeropuerto, te recomiendo que llegues a este hotel. Tiene también el desayuno incluido, 🙌🏻🙌🏻 pero yo mi vuelo salió demasiado temprano y me fui antes de que abrieran, me dieron un box lonch. Bueno amigos aquí les dejo esta recomendación para si viajes del aeropuerto del Bajío a algún destino. Muchas gracias y seguiremos escribiendo

A pretty nice property, the rooms are clean and nice enough. Service is lacking, I called from the airport and found connecting to the hotel a bit difficult. I was aided at the airport by concierge staff inside the airport. After I could not get ahold of the hotel using my phone they called for me and passed me the phone. I spoke to the hotel operator or the front desk this was unclear. I asked for a shuttle pick-up at the airport. I was informed that shuttle pick-up at the airport required advance booking three hours prior to the required time. I am not sure why this is but it is not user-friendly for flyers arriving. I was then told to wait for a minute and the operator would see what they could do. I waited a few minutes and then the line was cut. I tried to call back but no one answered. I just took an airport taxi (280 Pesos). When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and was informed that complementary breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM. I went to my room and relaxed for a while and then went out to the city. I took a local ride share (DEDE) and the fare was reasonable. I returned and went to bed after a long trip I slept well. I did note there is no provided water in the rooms and room amenities are sp****. I woke up a bit late the next day and went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM. Breakfast is a breakfast buffet unfortunately for me virtually every piece of food that was available was completely emptied and I noted several persons standing outside the kitchen door waiting for food. I did not see any service staff and most tables were dirty and empty. I walked the buffet and I walked around the dining room realizing that breakfast was available I returned to my room. I packed and left for the airport, I inquired about the airport shuttle to the airport and was informed it ran on the hour every hour (seemed odd since to get a pick up it required 3 hours advance notice). I was told by the front desk staff that the shuttle was available any time just let them know when I wanted to go. I found that confusing as well because after telling me it was available any time I was told it was on the hour. In closing, I was excited to see I was booked in a Hilton, unfortunately, this is not the standard of service I was previously accorded at a Hilton property, and sadly it was pretty disappointing. Another odd observation I made on the way back to the airport was Hilton has acquired several of the other branded hotels and is attaching its name to them as well, I hope they do better service-wise.

Tengo un tema que mencionar con la Srita Alcantara, encargada del hotel; el día que llegaron los grupos de turistas, tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno, había una pésima organización, el chico de mantenimiento super atento queriendo abrir las puertas, y ella no se lo permitió, todos estaban buscando una solución y ella ahí parada sin hacer nada. A mí me bajaron del elevador por dicha organización. En el desayuno, todo mal organizado, trataron de ajustarlo, pero aun así, super mal, en lo personal soy Alérgico al melón y tres veces le pedí a la Srita Alcántara un tazón de pura papaya y solo me decía en un momento, fue hasta que una chica de cocina me dio lo solicitado. En verdad me quedo con un super mal sabor de boca por la organización de la cabeza, agradezco al todo el personal de recepción y mantenimiento, super atento, pero ojala si realicen algo con la encargada, o en su defecto tome estas áreas de oportunidad para finiquitar problemas

This hotel is located in centre. We could walk to everywhere inside city center easily. The city view from the roof top was amazingly beautiful and we admired it a lot. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep well because it was noisy and there were huge echoes. I hope that the hotel care more about cleanliness. (I found a ****** lollipop on the floor near the bed.)

Loud atmosphere late into the night, ridiculously tiny bathroom, but otherwise comfortable. But watch out for taxi scams. The fee from the airport is always around 600 pesos. That’s what it was from the airport to this hotel. When it was time to depart the hotel (11:45 on Sunday, June 4) we asked the front desk clerk to call us a cab. He did and explained that it would be $600, but that $200 was to be paid to his colleague at the hotel who he called the “agent” and the remaining $400 would be paid to the driver. Unusual but okay with me. When we got into the cab the hotel ”agent” stated $600 (in Spanish) so that I and the driver could hear it. I said in terrible Spanish “$200 to you and $400 to him, right?” And he nodded. So, we get to the airport and I hand the driver $500 thinking it’s the $400 plus $100 tip. (Remember these are pesos). The driver says “no, $600.” I say no $400 to you and $200 I gave at the hotel. We argue but the cab driver behind us starts honking his horn because he sees what is happening and our driver suddenly takes the $500 and leaves. I think the driver behind us knew I was being scammed and intervened. I am convinced the guy at the hotel and the driver conspired to cheat us because I’m an older American. I also believe the desk clerk was in on it too. The whole split taxi fee didn’t make sense. It left a bad feeling for us after what was otherwise a pleasant stay. So my rating reflects it and I hope that hotel management responds. Employees should never be involved in scamming their customers.

My wife and 17 year old son were treated like family. Alex, Omar and Paola were considerate and generous with great recommendations for our 3 day stay. On arrival greeted us as if they knew us forever and daily made sure we were enjoying our stay. We look forward to going back as the result of their professional service!! A week later we’re still talking about the great experience we had. We highly recommend this historic hotel for your stay.
