The property ambience was good but the food and service was not good it was beyond expectations. The food service in the restaurant was not proper, it took a to much time to serve and the food quality was not good and also the morning complementary breakfast was not good.

It was a very comfortable stay .the Reservation professional Kakoli she was very helpful and professional . She went out of her way to accommodate our booking . I will recommend her name for anybody who is us going to stay in the hotel . she is very professional and helpful . The royal sarovar hotel needs more staff like her .

We stayed with family for 1 night on 03-May-23. We booked a standard room for 3 but were given a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a large spacious room with 2 queen beds. The rooms were spotlessly clean , the ambiance terrific and the amenities like toiletries adequate. The breakfast and food although not 5 star spread was adequate and tasty. Most importantly the staff and service was great and immaculate. Only con is that the hotel is part of a large office complex so the entrance and surrounding ambiance may not have a nice good feel. But for Siliguri transit and for business it is a great place to stay Would always return here for future stays.

The over all experience is very good and the behaviour of staff is very nice. The quality and taste of food is very good.

Living in NE India, finding a warm-hearted place to stay while traveling is always our desire. We found it at Ramada Encore Siliguri. Lobby ambience was beautifully created, receptionist very warm, escorted us to our room, front doorman respectful in greeting us, dining attendees very mindful of our needs, maintenance staff responded well to our “heat-in-the-room need, rooms very well maintained, new, hallways warmly carpeted, room numbers lit up well, bakery in lobby lounge tasty, so many good things to share! It was a happy place for us!

My visit in this hotel with my family is excellent, i strongly recommend it to my friends and known ones, fooding is also up to the mark

Restaurant service-i ordered dinner for 2: mushroom soup, chicken, hakka noodles and a small bowl of curd. Each dish was served separately while the entire restaurant was empty except for us 2. Chefs should note that it's not pleasant to have a dish served individually while the other person at the table have no choice but to watch the other eat while he waits for his dish. Shows lack of management in food preparation. Even when the restaurant was literally empty. Dear chefs, i know u work hard, but please try and serve food at one go, especially when it's just for two. Else i found the hotel service very good. Good ambience, well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good and spacious bathroom clean linens etc.

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.
