My second visit to Hotel 101 – Fort was just as enjoyable as the first, with a few pleasant surprises. The hotel maintained its excellent standards of cleanliness and modern amenities, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. This time, I had the chance to try their breakfast, and it was fantastic! The variety of dishes, freshness of the ingredients, and overall quality made it a great start to my day. While service was generally good, a bit more efficiency at the front desk would make the experience seamless. Overall, Hotel 101 – Fort continues to impress, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Rooms little spaces and dark. Too many security gets me little uncomfortable. Anyone didn't service our luggages to deliver our room (because our 2 kids slept and we would like to help anyone) Advantage is near ninoy airport T3 and that has shuttle bus that will deliver to the bridge and walk to T3

Cawan, cerek, peti sejuk, kit pergigian, sabun, pengering rambut, syampu dan gel mandian serta tuala disediakan. WiFi percuma. Simpanan bagasi disediakan. Lobi yang sangat bagus dan luas. Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Big comfy bed, and free water for drinking. Very nice. Everything is very clean. Good water pressure even on the 9th floor. Amazing.

Booked an overnite stay again for my family but this time i was disappointed that we were given a room with only a queen bed for a family of three. I believed that even you checked-in late nite from a delayed flights, there is a room waiting for you whether you showed up late or not. But to my surprised, we were treated with a cold shoulder from the staff. My wife can’t setttle but pissed me off for non stop complaining at the front desk. Tired and want to rest from week island hopping, all i want is to have hot shower and sleep. No worries, i still like to come back to your hotel inspite of that experience. Hoping for the best service next time.

Smooth check-in with the help of a staff member at the reception. They have a separate reception area inside the Birch Tree Hotel building. They allowed me to check in 30 minutes before the standard time, which was great. Upon entering the room, it smelled nice. They provided shampoo and toothpaste, and there was even a hairdryer, which was a plus for me. Additionally, there was a microwave and a kettle. Unfortunately, they only have a regular TV. It would have been great if they had a smart TV, but the good Wi-Fi connection made up for it. I loved the unit I stayed in because it had a balcony. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent, featuring a rain showerhead with good water pressure, plus they had a bidet. My only concern was the bedsheets and pillowcases, as I’m sure they weren’t changed from the previous guest. I noticed long hair on the sheets, and they were wrinkled. During the night, I also spotted small roaches roaming around when it got dark, so I had to keep the lights on all night. Additionally, the staff outside the corridor were quite noisy and inconsiderate of the guests. On weekends, you can also hear the bar karaoke from outside, which can be disruptive if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration. Thank you!

Highly recommended place to stay when around Pasay. This is our Go-To hotel whenever we are on trip in manila. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and airports. The place is not a modern type but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and the service is awesome. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Parking space is limited, you can opt for valet parking with a fee (100pesos/day) 2-3blocks from hotel. Highlight: They have two computer stations available for guests to use if you need an important file/document to print with no fee.

È un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono moderne e funzionali. C'è addirittura il topper sopra i materassi! La camera viene pulita ogni giorno. Sul tetto della torre c'è un'organizzatissima cucina a disposizione , con varie postazioni in cui cucinare, se lo si desidera. Stanno costruendo un palazzo di fronte, quindi basta chiedere una stanza non affacciata alla strada. L' hotel è enorme, quindi sarà facile essere accontentati. Il quartiere fuori non è il massimo, ma non è colpa loro, tutto Malate ed Ermita non sono granché. È ottimo quindi, quando si rientra, avere un hotel così confortevole.

When I entered my shower room it smelled like urine. There were drain flies too. Like everyday the shower room has lots of it. The in-between of the grouts were dirty, and needed thorough scrubbing and disinfecting. The AC was not as cold, mahina. I couldn't request a transfer cause I've already unpacked my stuff. Would be nice if the staff are more polite. Some of them makakasabayan mo sa elevator and doesn't even greet you. Everything else was great.

Value for money is excellent. Location is outstanding as it is nearby a mall and various foodchains/restos. The cleanliness is very good as the room is well-organized, with complete toiletries and smells great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for all types of travellers.

Stayed at Hop Inn Hotel and it was like finding a hidden gem in the city! The rooms were cozy, the staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the local spots. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and parking made my stay even better. Definitely a great budget-friendly option for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommend!”

Location wise, this is close to the US Embassy so you can stay here if you have an appointment. Many restaurants nearby too and you can even request for a massage service. I was able to work here as well during my stay since they have fast and reliable internet connection.

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

Low internet wifi connection,sometimes,No internet at all. Very long time response if you call at front desk,..sometimes it takes time to contact... If you request for cleaning, need to follow-up, cant be done in 1 request.. Even if you ask for official recieot, bcoz of my last day was paid in cash, in all I stayed for 5 days..they dont automatically make a reciept..you will wait in how many hours n need again to follow-up ...

The most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Good location in the heart of Makati. Surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Nice friendly staff. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Water pressure is great. Nice comfy bed with comfortable pillows. As a suggestion it will be cool to have a minibar and a chair to sit in the room. At least a foldable one. There was no bath mat or any sort of mat in the room which is highly inconvenient after a bath. Other than this i had a great stay at this hotel. Recommended

I have no complaints. Every single one of their staff was so kind, they always greeted me with a smile. This place became “my home” for 21 days and it definitely has a special place in my heart. There are lots of restaurants nearby, that’s a plus. When I visit the Philippines again, I’ll definitely come back here, even if it’s just for a couple of days.

We had a great stay at The Selah Garden. The room was spacious. Our kids enjoyed their pool. All of their staff are friendly and courteous. From check-in to check-out no issue and quick. The included breakfast was good. The only problem was their pillows. We asked for an extra one, but its kinda thick and not that comfortable, ended up not using it since it hurts my neck. Overall stay was great. Still would recommend to friends and fam.

Hotel staff are very accomodating. Good location. With rooftop swimming pool and bar. Very clean. We will surely book here again. Recommended for all the travelers.

We extended our stay for another 1 night. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The TV displays UHD Graphics and that is commendable. They also have coffee machine by CBTL. All 3 elevators are working. Every floor has drinking water stations.

Its my first time stay here this hotel, staff are friendly, and guards help us with our luggage . The room is big enough to me , there’s no television in the room. But if you are finding a express hotel with non hassle, you can try to stay here . And there lobby has decorated Christmas things ots good for taking pictures too.

Near my 3day expo venue at the world trade center, so no additional cost for rides which is good. Clean rooms, and love the service of the staffs and room service. They are very polite. If you are regularly used to travelling. This is a good hotel for you.
