It was an average hotel but expensive. The room itself is alright, but they have some sort of flies infestation from the bathroom's drain. The front desk guy said it is something difficult to get rid of since it comes from the pipes, but having something to cover while not in use at least will prevent the flies to do not go out and be all over the bathroom.

Gusti bed and breakfast is good hostel for solo travelers or friends staff Mustafa there is a friendly elder person, he is cooperative and helper, and welcoming as well, owner of hostel should take more good care of him, this guy is doing giid efforts, i saw him cleaning and taking care of the hostel very well. the bed were clean, things were secure as well, good location as well. bed has security lock, lights, switch etc people should bring own towels and tooth brush and tooth paste. I'll recommend this place to others.

Good value for money in Singapore, rooms were very clean as was the communal areas. Reception staff were excellent.. it's advertised as Clarks quay, it's no really it's a ,15 minutes walk away.. I would stay here again.

Service was excellent and we were very well received by the front desk, we did ask a few queries as into food delivery and were very well informed that we were able to do so. Facilities was very adequate for me and my family of 2 kids. Overall i would say that the location was excellent for the night and we will very pleased with the stay, definitely will be back when we are looking for a staycation in the central area of singapore

A Cozy and Convenient Stay at Claude Hotel - Newly Renovated I recently stayed at the Claude Hotel in Singapore and had a wonderful experience. Despite being a small hotel, it is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed. Every inch of space is utilized efficiently, and it truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was a windowless one, but it didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally soft and pleasant. Although there wasn’t space for a full wardrobe, the cleverly designed hangers above the desk were a practical solution and kept everything neat. One of the highlights of the hotel is its attention to detail. They provide two bottles of water daily, and there are welcome drinks available, including sweet tea, Coca-Cola, and isotonic drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities are fantastic. On the ground floor, there are convenient washing and drying machines with adjustable settings, and they even provide laundry capsules. Another thoughtful feature is the luggage platform on each floor, which makes it easy to transport your bags without struggling with stairs. I also loved the aesthetic touches throughout the hotel. The elevator, as seen in the attached photo, is beautifully designed and adds a touch of elegance to the overall experience. Location-wise, the Claude Hotel is perfect. It’s situated in the vibrant Chinatown area, surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, cafes, and a huge street market. Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, so it remains peaceful and quiet. The only minor downside is that you can hear the metro occasionally, but I used earplugs and slept soundly. With three metro stations and bus stops nearby, getting around Singapore is a breeze. Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler, the Claude Hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location.

Mula-mula rasa panas tapi bila tidur tak panas dan boleh tidur ☺️ Dalam bilik ada air, tisu, sabun dan syampu ada pengering rambut di luar bilik air. Terdapat beberapa titik pengecasan bateri yang tersedia👍👍 Anda harus membawa sandal. untuk berjalan ke bilik air juga Tapi mungkin ada bau hapak sikit, tapi boleh tahan air minum kat dapur, air panas, air sejuk, kopi, teh ada😊😊

Hotel ini berjarak 4 minit dari metro, lokasinya bagus, berhampiran dengan Little India dengan berjalan kaki, pusat Mustapha dll… Di bawah hotel terdapat banyak restoran yang bagus serta McDonald's dan Burger King di metro dan kemudian banyak lagi restoran bagus di peringkat metro. Bagi hotel, perniagaan ini adalah Singapura tetapi jangan mengharapkan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang berdedikasi. Ia adalah hotel untuk 2-3 malam maksimum dan anda meneruskan kehidupan anda. Sarapan paginya tidak buruk tetapi tidak ada yang luar biasa, kopi dan jus industri, buah-buahannya ok, ada mi di pagi hari untuk yang paling berani, bijirin, pendek kata ia dalam bentuk bufet tetapi ia bukan Ritz. Dari segi kualiti harga mereka berpatutan tetapi saya menegaskan bilik 14m2 adalah menakutkan tanpa tingkap yang terbuka, hanya anak tetingkap kaca yang besar. Minum kopi anda di bar snek kecil di peringkat ketibaan kereta: tempat letak kereta hotel sangat mengagumkan.
