Hotel berhampiran Bethesda Frankel Estate Church, Singapura

Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station. About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down. Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me. Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

Biliknya agak kecil, tetapi tandasnya besar dan mempunyai bekalan air panas 24 jam Jika anda hanya tidur untuk satu malam, deposit tunai sebanyak 50 yuan diperlukan semasa mendaftar masuk, yang akan dikembalikan semasa mendaftar keluar. Terdapat perhentian bas hanya dalam jarak satu minit berjalan kaki, yang sangat mudah. Terdapat juga 7-11 di tingkat bawah.

Front desk staff were very friendly very Professional in introducing the hotel facilities and around the amenities. We felt very Welcoming as a repeated guest.Location is fantastic many good food from Local Chinese food to Western food .A good location for overseas guests to see Singapore's Unique local people's lifestyle and all types of Delicious local food. Meantime we are enjoying our stays !

There is no soundproofing at all. You can clearly hear the TV in the next room. This hotel is not recommended for people who want a quiet sleep. Also, there is a wall in the shower room right in front of the toilet, so you can't sit up straight. Other than that it was a good hotel. There are plenty of amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes. There are restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The day I stayed was a Hindu holiday, so they gave me a message card and a small gift. I felt very happy. If I ever visit Singapore again, I will consider staying at this hotel.

Menginap di bilik standard twin selama dua malam pada Januari 2024 ini. Bilik itu sangat kecil (10 meter persegi) dan tidak mempunyai tingkap tetapi ia cukup bersih untuk penginapan yang selesa. Bilik mandi mempunyai tekanan air yang baik dan tuala ditukar setiap hari. Terdapat penerimaan tetamu 24 jam dan kakitangannya sopan dan berpengetahuan. Tiada sarapan termasuk dalam penginapan bilik kami tetapi anda akan dimanjakan dengan pilihan dengan gerai penjaja dan restoran yang mengkhusus dalam masakan Peranakan di sekitar kawasan itu. Terdapat juga mesin layan diri untuk minuman berbotol berhampiran pintu masuk hotel dan 7-11 terletak beberapa meter jauhnya. Hotel ini juga agak dekat dengan Rumah Peranakan yang terkenal dan banyak kedai kopi dan kedai khusus. Pertimbangkan untuk tinggal di sini jika anda ingin berada berdekatan dengan seni bina Dunia Lama Singapura yang menawan, jauh dari pusat bandar ultra moden.

The first time staying this area and it was so lovely with all the nice shop houses and fed restaurants nearby. The room was pretty small but tidy and got a little sea view too.  Originally I have requested a double bed room but they gave me the twin beds as I checked in quite late. The breakfast was quite ok even though not much expectation.  Overall experience was quite good and I will definitely come back for business travel stay !

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, an IHG Hotel, on June 1st, 2024, and overall, our experience was enjoyable with a few highlights and considerations. Location and Accessibility: Located in the vibrant Katong neighborhood, the hotel offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary charm. It's well-connected to local attractions and offers a glimpse into Singapore's Peranakan culture. Check-in Experience: Check-in was smooth, and we were pleased to find that our request for connected rooms—a 2 Twin Beds Standard and a King Bed Standard—was accommodated promptly by the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Overall Impression: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong provided a pleasant stay with its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and attentive service. While the breakfast could be improved, the connected rooms and ambiance of the hotel made up for it.

Pretty clean and convenient hotel, not situated in the typical non-touristy area of Singapore. Tons of food options in the area with it being situated in Katong, which is laid back neighbourhood with bars/cafes/malls in the vicinity too. No onsite parking available but there’s road side parking. Situated near to the expressway that connects to Changi Airport, which is perfect for those looking for quick rest before heading to the airport. Only issue was some cobwebs on the roof of the toilet which was requested to be cleaned. Likely due to the housekeeping staff being short or probably because I am tall which I might run into it. 🤣 Room size isn’t that huge but cosy enough, no fascinating views since its shophouses and previously one of Hotel 81’s chain that was converted IIRC. Will visit again!

Kami diberi bilik di tingkat satu bersebelahan dengan penerimaan tetamu dan sangat bising terutamanya apabila orang datang awal pagi untuk mendaftar masuk / mendaftar keluar. Pembersih bercakap dengan kuat …. Katilnya keras dan bilik mandinya sangat tidak sedap dipandang dengan banyak acuan di sekeliling tab mandi
