The place was a little old but good. It was very close to the hawker, very accessible to the bus. Good place if you want to relax, walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to the port if you want to go to the island pulau ubin.

Terrible Staycay at The Bus Collective! Had a terrible stay at The Bus Collective! Despite the enticing media coverage of this unique bus-themed resort in Changi and my initial enthusiasm to support their sustainability efforts, $500+ one-night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. My child, celebrating his 4th birthday, burst out in tears as he was harshly scolded and threatened by Michael Gan, (from WTS) claimed to be the representative of the resort owner. During a harmless play where my child was pretending to be an 'emcee' on a stage platform, Michael Gan abruptly approached, ordering my child to get down immediately, citing safety concerns and even threatening police involvement, 'the police will come and catch you'. While safety reminders are appreciated, his aggressive tone and stern reprimand were unacceptable. When I sought an explanation, Michael, accompanied by the resort manager, arrogantly defended his actions, a father of 4 children claiming it was a common comment, he finds there is nothing wrong and even suggesting it was my fault for allowing my child on the platform. The overall experience was emotionally jarring, and the resort's management disappointed. Despite the appealing bus-themed interior, it lacked cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt particulary at the interior driving seat area. Fire access way blocked by unauthorised parking at the resort. The exterior posed safety hazards, with rainwater underneath the buses potentially breeding mosquitoes, pebble stones as walkways, and inadequate lighting for night safety. Additionally, the lack of high fencing raised concerns about safety, especially with the presence of intoxicated individuals near the public playground. Considering the price tag, opting for a hotel staycation seems more worthwhile, especially to avoid the subpar customer service experienced at The Bus Collective at Changi. In summary, this resort is not child-friendly, and the customer service was abysmal. I regret my decision and won't consider returning.

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

Review of Park Avenue Changi Hotel My stay at Park Avenue Changi Hotel was overall a good experience. On the first day, the hotel did not provide the double bed I had requested, but they resolved the issue by changing my room the next day. The location is excellent, as it is right next to the station, making it very convenient to access the city center. There’s also a FairPrice supermarket nearby, which is handy, and it’s close to Changi Airport, making it ideal for travelers. The ensuite room was very comfortable, with great amenities like laundry machines and well-equipped kitchen facilities. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and friendly service.

Booked the Splash room during a flash sale, about $360 for 3D2N. Spacious room with a kitchenette, a TV that can swivel out to face the bed (not a smart TV), and a bathtub. Room also comes with a dividing screen that can be lowered to separate the sleeping area and living area. Cleanliness can be improved (found weird stains on the sheet), but that aside, daily housekeeping was generally good. Service could be improved: housekeeping knocked on our door at 1030am to ask if we required cleaning while we were getting dressed. Would be better if they had called us instead of turning up at the door at an inconvenient time. Staff who checked us in at the front desk also did not inform us about the noise from the building’s cladding that would affect us for the duration of our stay. We called front desk at night to ask about the thumping and knocking sound coming from the window and upstairs, and was told it’s from the building cladding due to facade upgrading works. Would appreciate if we had been notified about this when we made the booking as the knocking persisted throughout our stay.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

It's well-connected to local attractions and offers a glimpse into Singapore's Peranakan culture. Check-in Experience: Check-in was smooth, and we were pleased to find that our request for connected rooms—a 2 Twin Beds Standard and a King Bed Standard—was accommodated promptly by the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Overall Impression: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong provided a pleasant stay with its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and attentive service. While the breakfast could be improved, the connected rooms and ambiance of the hotel made up for it.

This hotel experience was disappointing despite reasonable pricing for Singapore. The room had a moldy smell, indicating poor maintenance, and there was insufficient staff to clean rooms promptly. Water quality was subpar, with unappealing tap water and no provision for filling reusable bottles. Food delivery on New Year's Eve was frustrating, requiring payment at the door and malfunctioning card taps. Overall, while the staff were professional, the management's failure to address basic operational issues significantly marred the stay, overshadowing any positive aspects of the hotel.

It was a good stay! Front desk was friendly and agreed to provide extra pillows Room was spacious and hotel facilities like the gym and pool were just nice for a short stay. There are some signs of wear on furnishings but nothing too bad. Bed was clean and comfortable, pillows are supportive. Breakfast was quite delicious too, even had some Japanese options like soba and tamagoyaki.
