The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered great views of the city. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and well-equipped gym, were fantastic for unwinding after a busy day. The location is perfect—centrally located with easy access to both cultural attractions and the vibrant food scene. I highly recommend Paradox Hotel Singapore for anyone visiting the area!

Location Good. But toliet all shits stains, i mean everywhere **** stain. Kinda gross and towel smell really really bad. 604 my room even feel creepy at night, feel like spirit or ghost in my room when i sleep and got caught of a scary nightmare wake up then i heard a lot sound from the fridge and the window.

Cleanliness - Staff cleaned daily with fresh towels. Location - Perfect city centre location. Within walking distance of MRT and Chinatown. Service - Staff were very accommodating and went over and above. We requested to store our cases at the hotel for a few days before returning which they accepted. Very friendly. Amenities - Fantastic swimming pool with pool towels available. All toiletries provided in the room, including tooth brushes.

Checking in was easy and fast. Room was clean, neat and quiet. Booked the room because we were attending a concert at Capitol. It was a quick 5mins walk, which is a good choice to go (budget friendly)! Will recommend if you are looking for a simple rest day :)

整體環境乾淨整潔，大家都很有禮貌，互不打擾很安靜。床鋪很舒適。綜合各項很温馨也很人性化，有小零食、沖泡咖啡、飲用水、微波爐、吹風機。早餐小糕點都很油和甜膩。設施設備目前都很新。偶爾洗澡需要排隊。住了多天不會主動更換毛巾或者幫忙整理床鋪。瑕疵：衞生間是半户外偶爾有點熱；洗澡水冷熱不穩定；有個戴鼻環女服務員永遠臭臉。

Good neighborhood location with River side walk. There was 7-11 within a min so I could get some water etc. The Room was a bit small but comfy for one person. I loved it was very quiet at night so that I could have a good sleep. Recently renovated. I will come back for my work trip due to good price and the quality of the accommodation. Overall very good 👍

Saya pergi dalam perjalanan keluarga dan berpuas hati dengan kedua-dua lokasi dan harga hotel. Keadaan bilik yang saya daftar masuk tidak begitu baik. Bilik itu sangat kecil dan bilik mandi dan tandas dikongsi, tetapi ia mempunyai struktur yang luar biasa di mana jika anda menutup pintu bilik mandi dan menolak pintu lebih jauh, pintu bilik mandi akan dikunci semasa bilik mandi terbuka. Nampaknya pintu itu dibuat sedemikian kerana ia sangat sempit. Terdapat terlalu banyak habuk dan kotoran pada selimut dan ia adalah kotor. Penghawa dingin dihidupkan secara maksimum, tetapi ia agak lemah dan biliknya lembap. Saya dapat merasakannya dan saya tidak fikir saya akan memilih tempat ini untuk perjalanan keluarga saya mulai sekarang. Ia hanyalah hotel yang bagus untuk penginapan semalaman yang murah untuk perjalanan perniagaan. Bilik itu sangat kecil sehingga TV bersaiz kira-kira 20 inci. Tidak pernah menghidupkannya.

Berhati-hati, sesetengah bilik adalah sangat kecil, sekitar 14m2, jangan tertipu dengan gambar yang mengelirukan dan jika mereka memberitahu anda tentang bilik 24m2 dengan balkoni, bilik itu sentiasa 14m2 dan balkoni 10m2, ia bagus untuk perokok tetapi untuk bukan perokok tidak ada gunanya, jadi luangkan masa untuk memilih bilik anda yang kecil tetapi sangat baik, kerana hotel ini sangat kecil, tetapi sangat bagus. pergi ke hotel untuk gimnasium... Jika anda hanya berada di sana untuk tidur, ia sepatutnya baik, tetapi pastikan anda memilih saiz yang sesuai untuk bilik anda. Pada penerimaan tetamu mereka tidak jahat tetapi mereka berfikiran sempit dan prosedural, mereka tidak benar-benar mempunyai kuasa dan mereka akan membuat anda membayar untuk menukar bilik yang lebih besar, pengurus kanan tidak menunjukkan apa-apa pemahaman tentang fakta bahawa kami bersama seorang kanak-kanak berumur 3 tahun, kami meminta bilik untuk 3 orang dan kami berakhir dengan bilik untuk dua orang, mereka menganggap bahawa kanak-kanak berumur 3 tahun dengan ibu bapa boleh tidur di queen... Hotel ini berjarak 4 minit dari metro, lokasinya bagus, berhampiran dengan Little India dengan berjalan kaki, pusat Mustapha dll… Di bawah hotel terdapat banyak restoran yang bagus serta McDonald's dan Burger King di metro dan kemudian banyak lagi restoran bagus di peringkat metro. Bagi hotel, perniagaan ini adalah Singapura tetapi jangan mengharapkan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang berdedikasi. Ia adalah hotel untuk 2-3 malam maksimum dan anda meneruskan kehidupan anda. Sarapan paginya tidak buruk tetapi tidak ada yang luar biasa, kopi dan jus industri, buah-buahannya ok, ada mi di pagi hari untuk yang paling berani, bijirin, pendek kata ia dalam bentuk bufet tetapi ia bukan Ritz. Dari segi kualiti harga mereka berpatutan tetapi saya menegaskan bilik 14m2 adalah menakutkan tanpa tingkap yang terbuka, hanya anak tetingkap kaca yang besar. Minum kopi anda di bar snek kecil di peringkat ketibaan kereta: tempat letak kereta hotel sangat mengagumkan.
