It’s really convenient for our family (5adults,2kids) to stay in this hotel. We have 2 wheelchairs. So the bus stop right in front of the hotel is really helpful.
Traveling by bus with wheelchairs is better than the MRT. The hotel is near the vivo city just 2 bus stops. Which we always went there for the first 3 days since we needed to go to Sentosa a lot.
The room is small but really clean. Lovely. They cleaned up the room everyday we stayed for 5 days! So good to see the room was so tidy when we back from travel🤣. There’s a tap water which we can drink as much as we want. (Instead of buying 3-4 sgd for one bottle)
The kids liked the pool on the rooftop too. That’s good to relax.
Anyway the hotel is quite far from town. Still we can travel by bus easily.
Ps. The smell in the toilet , sometimes was really strong.
Overall , We really had a pleasant stay there!

The room is quite big, with a small living room and a small kitchen for cooking. It is quite spacious. The surrounding area of the hotel is relatively quiet. It is next to the subway station. It is a ten-minute walk from the subway station to Orchard Road Mall. It is very convenient. The breakfast is relatively simple. Basically, there are just a few choices every day. After staying for 6 days, I got tired of it.
Just one block from Orchard Road’s premier shopping district and perfectly positioned between the pulse of the city and the tranquillity of the UNESCO-listed Singapore Botanic Gardens, Conrad Singapore Orchard is an architectural marvel where nature and urban vibrancy intertwine. Twelve cascading floors beneath a skylit atrium flood the interiors with natural light, creating an elegant oasis. Booked a staycation for birthday celebration and made some requests months ago prior to the stay. Service was excellent from check-in all the way to the club lounge. Special thanks to the crew for accommodating my requests.
Room was spacious and clean. A little weird that there was no decorations unlike my previous stay at other hotels. The room was well renovated with state of the art functions. A pity that the TV does not have Chromecast feature. When we returned to the room after the evening cocktail, we were surprised to see a complimentary birthday cake in the living room. One thing to note is that the bathroom is a tad small and cramped.
As for the executive lounge, the variety of food is not as wide as the other Conrad. However, the quality of the food makes up for it. We love the seafood soup and pasta. As always, such a delight to see JW Black Label whisky being offered.
Breakfast wise was similar to the executive lounge where the variety at the other Conrad is better and wider.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Conrad Orchard and will definitely return again.

Booked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

We were recommended this hotel by many friends who had kids and this turned out to be a really safe and comfortable staycation with many things for my 3 year old to do. It was for his birthday and the staff even surprised us with a birthday cake with his name. Hotel is spacious and easy to navigate with staff very well trained to watch out for children and their needs.
Only issue was the furniture in rooms was not child safe with sharp corners and lots of spots to get hurt. Especially with active daredevil toddlers jumping off everything.
Restaurants weren’t halal certified but the nearby malls made food easy to get. Parking for guests is also free with prior notification.

Situated right at the heart of Orchard Road, the hotel location is prime and the overall experience was pretty standard, what you'd expect from a major hotel chain in Hilton. The hotel amenities were adequate, not the nicest swimming pool I've seen for sure, and the guest service standards, quite frankly, were a little underwhelming. Room service was a little disappointing, one of the days they threw my slippers and left me with no new slippers, quite a pain, you'd have expected some serious 5-star attention to details. I'm a Singaporean who travels a fair bit, I'll only pay the extras purely for the location, near the MRT and everywhere else. And that's about it.
The Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Ora is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Singapore, having been recently opened in 2023. For our fifth wedding anniversary, we wanted a truly special getaway. After some deliberation, we chose Hotel Ora, and it turned out to be the perfect decision!
We were greeted by friendly staff who even surprised our child with chocolate. To our delight, we received a free upgrade to a SUITE room – a wonderful perk we weren't expecting! The spacious room was clean and beautifully decorated for our anniversary. There were chocolates and fruits on the table, a complimentary mini-bar – everything was just top-notch. The breakfast the next day was excellent too! Delicious and with a wide variety of food, though sadly, one stomach just isn't enough! Our Trip.com booking came with fantastic extras like two Universal Studio tickets, two water park tickets, a SGD100 CASH voucher (usable at any shop on Resort World Genting), all valid for a one week. These freebies alone made the hotel price well worth it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ora. We'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!
It is a very suitable apartment for short stay. The location is very convenient. There are buses and subways every day. It is close to everything. There are restaurants across the street. The choices are rich, convenient and affordable. The facilities in the room are very complete. There are all the necessary facilities, such as hair dryer, iron, tableware, kitchenware, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven and refrigerator. Although the room space is cramped, there is plenty of storage space and the design is thoughtful. There are two shortcomings. One is that there is a bar next door. There will be loud noise on weekends and nights. It will be quiet around 1 o'clock. The other is that there is no front desk at Coliwoo Rivervalley. You can only contact by phone, whatsapp, WeChat or email. The response speed is not so immediate. It was a bit confusing to check in. One day, the room card suddenly couldn't open the door. I waited outside the door for more than 20 minutes in the middle of the night.

Curt and rude staff. Clearly profiling customers. Staff should be taught to ask questions nicely. Check in took too long....10 mins per customer. I waited 26 min being 3rd in line.
Was raining and the water was coming through thr window.
Bed was creaky, soap dispenser fell off the wall.
I used to love this hotel but quite disappointed either the recent experience.

Facilities: There is a living room and dining room in the room. The refrigerator and tableware are all available. The bed and quilt in the room are super comfortable. There is also a washing and drying machine, which is very convenient for travel.
There is a breakfast area, swimming pool and gym on the second floor of the hotel. There is a public living room on the 11th floor with massage chairs and a billiards table.
Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas are very clean, and even the mysophobic teammates are impeccable.
Environment: It is near the Somerset MRT, and there are also bus stops nearby, which can lead directly to Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. There is 313 downstairs, where you can go shopping and eat, which is very convenient.
Service: The service is great. There are not many choices for breakfast but the quality is good.
Apart from the price being a bit expensive, nothing else can be faulted.

FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating.
Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.
Iiveta_rigaExcellent hotel. Service at the highest level, special thanks to manager James. Check-in was done earlier, the room was given with a beautiful view on the high floor. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean, shampoo and conditioner are great. Breakfast is excellent. The metro is very close. Next to the hotel there is a street with cozy cafes and restaurants and a grocery supermarket. The rest is wonderful. I recommend.
MMui HuangWe faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief.
Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery.
The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.
HHKK123Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter.
Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety.
Will definitely coming back again
SSmallschittOverall stay was alright, fridge was unusable because the previous tenants left either spoiled yoghurt or milk and the smell was quite bad even after staff cleaned it once.
There were stains on the wall as well and on the floor, but can't confirm what they were.
Wooden window seat turned our tissue yellow when we wiped it, not sure if it was the laminate, but concerning.
Other than that the idea of not using bottled water but offering a seperate filtered tap next to the sink tap in the bathroom was a neat idea, water tasted absolutely fine. And the bedroom itself was gorgeous, though it does feel dated for sure.
SSeat 2APerfectly situated amidst countless shopping and dining options in the busiest commercial area of Singapore. Though this is clearly a much older property, it appears to be well maintained and clean. Slept well during my stay and appreciated the rooftop pool and comprehensively equipped gymnasium. For the price paid, this was good value, especially considering how expensive hotels are in Singapore.
AAnonymous UserDisappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.
PPreziGood location. Near Vivo city - great. Near to two churches, Awesome. Early check-in no guarantee though. This was not suitable for my early arrival
