Hotel berhampiran Fuk Tak Chi Museum, Singapura

Location - prefect, has lots of bars and restaurants and cafes right below and across, less than a minute walk to Chinatown market alleys which has more bars, restaurants, souvenir stores and tourist traps. About 2 mins walk to Maxwell MRT and the famous Maxwell food centre and Chinatown Complex Market, and less than a minute walk to beautiful chinese and hindu temples. Staff - wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Room - very cold and the capsule was comfortable, the ladder to the upper bunks were thin and not very comfortable to use but its quite typical at many other capsules and good thing it’s very sturdy. Room was very narrow as there is not much space between the capsules and wall so it will be hard to fit many luggages if the room is fully occupied and there’s limited space to walk with people’s shoes around (still manageable). Amenities - everything provided (towel, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs). Water dispensers available. No tissues in sight unfortunately. Bathroom - unfortunately this is the dealbreaker for me, while it is a personal preference that I dislike wet toilets and that majority other capsules have shower mixed with toilet, I wish that the management would be more transparent by posting photos of it. The toilet smells a little due to irresponsible guests. While it is understandable that there is only two toilet-showers available to the whole floor and that staff are not available beyond certain hours, the trash bin could be bigger or more than one, as the guests pile up thrash really fast into the small bin and scents could be put in the toilet. Other facilities: At the top floor, the laundry machine seems to be working as I saw others airing their laundry but I could not find detergent anywhere and the laundry was full of water. Kitchen was empty as it is still being renovated, but there was a lot of grime on the floor and cleaning supplies were not stored properly which was unfortunate considering guests were still using the kitchen bar to eat as there are no other place to sit.

Ini kali ke-2 kami menginap. Dan secara kebetulan kami mendapat bilik yang sama pada kedua-dua kesempatan. Kebersihan: - Dari segi kebersihan, bilik adalah rapi. Tiada tanda fizikal habuk mengendap di mana-mana di dalam bilik. - Lantai kebanyakannya berkarpet. Jadi tidak sejuk sesiapa sahaja yang anda berjalan di sekeliling bilik jika anda membiarkan penyaman udara dihidupkan pada kebanyakan masa. Kemudahan: - Bilik malangnya tidak dilengkapi dengan tv pintar. Saluran antarabangsa sangat terhad dan sambungannya perlahan. - Bilik sangat luas. Sesuai untuk membawa tetamu untuk permainan kad. - Pemandangan dari bilik tidak terhalang. Jadi ia agak bagus untuk dilihat dari balkoni. - Tv dipasang pada kedudukan betul-betul di hadapan katil. - Kawasan pancuran mandian sangat bersih. - Katil dan linen selesa. Bantal tambahan disediakan secara lalai. Terdapat tempat letak kereta di dalam hotel yang agak selamat melalui gantri. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma jika anda menginap di sana. Memandangkan ini adalah kali kedua kami berada di bilik yang sama, mekanisme penguncian pintu tandas masih tidak berfungsi. Itulah satu-satunya titik tolak. Secara keseluruhan, saya pasti akan kembali lagi. Kadar yang sangat berpatutan untuk hotel yang terkenal.

Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

Amazing Bay Views! I had a fantastic stay! The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, day and night. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Celebrated my birthday and our Wedding Anni there, the service was good at the front desk, it was nice that they wished me happy bday upon finding out this was a bday celebration. Check in was fast and simple. Love, love love the interior of the hotel room, one of my favorite, love the layout of the toilet, the way the shower and the bathtub is placed, this is probably the only hotel we stayed at where when we shower the basin area is still kept dry. To us this is very impressive and honestly a very nice touch. It is always good to not walk into a toilet with a wet floor esp when its air-conditioned, its cold and if you are wearing bedroom slippers it is actually very slippery. The view from the room is really beautiful, the bed was super comfy, everything looked very well maintained. The room is also not too dim or bright which is super comfortable. Overall a really beautiful room . Now to the not so good part 1) So according to my partner she say that the hotel is supposed to bring a cake(for my bday) up upon check in but it was never delivered. When we celebrated my partner at Fullerton, they brought the cake when we checked in and they also prepared balloons, card and bear for my partner (Complimentary) and no I didn't call them to deliver the cake, they delivered it shortly after we checked in. 2) The way the fridge works is horrible, since we didn't get the cake we bought a cake for my bday and then we realised we can't move the bottles inside the fridge as it was programmed to charged if it was removed, so basically we only had a very small area to put anything which also means my cake sits out in the room for 2 days. This also make it difficult for us to buy anything back to keep to snack on. The fridge was also not very cold. 3) We left for breakfast at Prego and we pressed the button to request for housekeeping, we left the room at 9.45am, we came back at 2pm, we were shock to find out that the room was not cleaned even after 4hours. 4) There was also drain files in the toilet, during the stay I've killed like 4-5 flies. There is also no bidet spray which would have been nice. Overall, I still think this is a good hotel, would we come back again? hmmm maybe because I really love the room design but the fridge factor and the housekeeping is something that will makes me think twice before booking a room here again.

蠻適合短住的公寓 位置很方便 每天公交地鐵飛起 去哪裡都近 馬路對面就有吃飯的地方 選擇豐富方便實惠 房間內設施很齊全 該有的全都有 吹風機熨斗餐廚具 洗衣烘乾機微波爐冰箱 房間空間雖然侷促 但是收納空間非常充足 設計用心 美中不足有兩點 一個是隔壁有一個酒吧 週末晚間會有較大噪音 大概1點多才會安靜 另一個是Coliwoo Rivervalley這邊沒有前台 衹能通過電話 whatsapp 微信或者email聯繫 響應速度沒那麼即時 入住有點撓頭 有一天房卡突然刷不開門了 大晚上在門外等了20多分鐘

I booked the room for my friend for 3 nights. in the daytime, there is renovation work next to us and it is too noisy until we cant even rest well.  and there are many miscommunication in between, staff called up to pay for deposit and I rushed to the hotel, but end up when I went to the counter, they told me no such thing where last night when I asked to extend for 1 more night, they already counted the deposit and room fee together, and when I told the staff im in rush, but the staff still insisted to explained the room benefits and breakfast and etc. I been mentioned 2-3 times im in rush and I came to make payment on behalf for the room where they are well known about all these, but still....

Kemudahan biliknya selesa dan kemas, kebersihan juga sangat bersih, dan pelayan yang berinteraksi dengan saya sangat mesra dan bertimbang rasa. Bilik yang saya duduki pada malam pertama adalah bersebelahan dengan lif, yang agak bising pada waktu malam selepas menukar bilik kemudian, saya tidur dengan nyenyak.
