Perkhidmatannya baik, terutama di restoran Man Fu Yuan. Namun, ada ruang untuk penambahbaikan. Lobi terlalu panas ketika beratur untuk mendaftar masuk. Tempat tidurnya paling tidak selesa di antara semua penginapan di SG.

Good location but the hotel check in process is a little slow and they don’t have special parking rate for hotel guest, will have to pay for the parking about 50 dollars a night

Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

2nd stay at the Intercontinental Singapore, hotel's operations felt much more streamlined and efficient. Staff at the lobby were proactively asking if guests needed any help and also expediting the check-in process Calls and requests were fulfilled timely and room sound-proofing seemed better Interaction with staff generally pleasant Encountered an issue that was resolved timely and satisfactorily.

Good location - close to shops and MRT. Older building which is well maintained.

First thing to note is that this hotel has two wings. Heritage and Main Tower. The heritage wing is located amongst a row of shophouses and retains the style of a hundred years ago. Very different experience as compared to cookie cutter normal rooms. Positives: - large 38 square metre room - Lovely lovely room design - Comfortable bed and choice of pillow menu - TV has Chromecast (media hub as well) - double vanity sinks - superb water pressure Negatives - no bedside usb charging (there are usb charging ports by the work desk) - manual curtains and blinds - no heated toilet bowl nor bidet - fixed shower hose position is a little bothersome

GOOD LOCATION NEXT BUGIS JUNCTION AS WELL AS THE RAFFLE HOSPITAL. MANY VARIETY OF FOODS FOR BREAKFAST.

this was a staycation for my husband’s birthday and the hotel surprised us with a small cake, which my husband really enjoyed. great location and lovely ambience!

It has the most strategic location. 1 minute to the Bugis MRT station. The hotel is well kept and classic.
