Hotel baru, suasana tenang, ac dingin banget, dekat dg halte bis dan mustafa centre

i spend 80-100 nights/year in different hotels. visited 20+ hotels in Singapore. this place was absolutely unacceptable for 250SGD per night/room that hardly fits the bed. attached fotos were taken AFTER room service (i have short, blonde hair) walls are made of paper and you can hear your neighbors showering.. and more. doors are so loud that the bang wakes you up, even if its a few rooms away turning off wifi at midnight on check out day water is stored OUTSIDE of the room (on a kind of balcony) to make sure its warm :(

There's a lot of noises and banging of doors at night. Not sure if it's other guests or the room service. We also saw a mug with lipstick stain on their buffet area. They didn't wash the dishes properly

Great for a short staycay. was grateful to get a free upgrade to the balcony room! Only the tv couldn’t connect to iphone’s , the website had an error and no netflix :/

Location is nearby a lot of food places but is not very near to MRT station ya .. Rooms are quite small , if you plan to stayk & stay in bed you may wanna skip this hotel . Blanket have a weird smell , didn’t get enough sun on it & the room sound proofing isn’t good . No smart TV , limited channels . Got the balcony room , do note that the windows can’t be locked & you will be required to sign an indemnity form as they will not be responsible if you lost anything . If you are looking for short holiday here & on a budget , this hotel is fine for the price . No in-house parking lots

Conveniently located at jalan besar area with a cosy room. Bed was comfy. However, quite disappointed by several things. Could hear the other tenants opening doors and speaking outside very clearly when we were in bed. Saw mould on the curtains and packaging. Saw tiny ants on the balcony table as well even though we haven’t had any food out at all.

Very strong smell of cigarettes even air ventilation provided... It is worse if I switch on the air ventilation. Whenever I back to the room in the evening, it smell like some left v a cigarette smell... Other than tat it is ok It just bcz I too lazy n tired to request change room (as I thought it could be better after 1st night, than 2nd nite 1 lazy to request change as evening oledi) Staying 3 night

Room nice and cosy. The balcony was good. Pricing was affordable. Will definitely go again.

Good location in terms of food choice Limited space but comfortable for short stay The minus point is that there is no working desk. Balcony is too warm

Sounds great for staying here with your love one. Me and my fiancee really enjoying this hotel. Food, services, and hygiene are so enjoyable. Definitely will stay here for next trip.

Rooms are ok and the front desk staff is very friendly. The only major disadvantage is that the doors of the rooms slam shut very loudly. This can cause you to be woken up early

Best value for money. The room was super clean and cozy though it wasn’t spacious. Everything was just spotless so that one can feel real enjoyment of a stay. A Perfect secluded pool. What we didn’t like much was a poor breakfast and very loud people slamming doors in the mornings while coming out for breakfast I deem ( should be a reminder hanged around or something so that no one might wake you up by these terrible loud slamming door noises)
