Excellent location connected to the Shinsaibashi subway station. The shopping district of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are all within a short walking distance. Room was clean and very comfortable and breakfast variety was great as well.

Always great, I'm satisfied with everything. There's even a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was super easy. The location is convenient for getting around. Definitely worth staying here.

Location is super as it's beside subway and right in the central of Shinsaibashi shopping area. Small room but room size I choose was just nice to open up two 24 inch luggages with limited walking space. Everything else is good except we feel that toilet has this vague smell that comes from damp used dirty cloth. Probably it was used to clean the toilet. I only stay for one night so it is ok but will not recommend for longer stay if the smell still there.

Best service, very clean, best location. I will return to this hotel if i may get any chances.

The location is excellent, and the room is quite spacious for Japan. However, be cautious with the cleaning staff; three electric toothbrushes and a necklace were forgotten and when I inquired the next day, they were gone. While they weren't valuable, it's quite disappointing for this to happen in Japan.

It was our second time staying at Nikko Osaka. Great location and spacious room. Will definitely come back again.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but still well-maintained. Hygiene: Very good hygiene, and they also provide various portable toiletries like facial cleansers, which is very convenient. Environment: Located next to Shinsaibashi subway station, with Parco and Daimaru Department Store right across the street. Transportation is very convenient. The view from the room is excellent (Picture 1).

Seeing comments about La Mer toiletries immediately made me book this hotel. The location is unbeatable, super convenient. It's right opposite Shinsaibashi Daimaru, and directly connected to the subway and a shopping mall underground. The hotel service was excellent; we got a free upgrade to a 3-bed room. The hotel lobby is quite elegant, but the room itself needs a bit of a critique. With three beds, it's definitely a bit cramped, although the sleeping area was spacious. The curtains were showing their age (see photo), but since we were on a high floor, the view was good. The bathroom felt a bit old, and there was an occasional sewage smell from the drain.

Perfect place that what I’m looking for with my family visiting to Osaka. Not so crowded not so quiet. View was outstanding. Great Breakfast . Hotel basement got hotpot. Which is very nice.

Everything was perfect, except for the internet, which wasn't great. I'm not sure if it's the hotel's fault or just how the internet is in Japan, as it seems to be pretty similar in all the hotels.

This hotel has an excellent location, right above a subway station entrance. The rooms are incredibly clean, and it's directly across from Shinsaibashi, perfect for shopping and dining. Getting anywhere is convenient, but the best part is how spacious, bright, and comfortable the rooms are. It exceeded my expectations and offers fantastic value for money.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Nikko Osaka. I chose it because I've stayed at Nikko hotels in Shanghai before. The location is excellent, right across from Daimaru department store. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were diligent and polite, as you'd expect in Japan. There are two breakfast restaurants to choose from, Japanese and Western style. I stayed for several days and found everything very convenient.

The room was a bit small, but acceptable. The location was excellent, only 3 minutes from the subway and less than a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi.

The hotel has a good location and clean rooms. However, the bedding was just okay, and the pillows weren't very comfortable. The staff were patient and polite. The deposit is now only 5000 JPY.
