Ulasan Habyt Novena

I was looking forward to this stay but most unfortunately, I was informed at the eleventh hour that there were some issues with the room and couldn’t be rectified in time for my stay. I was much disappointed. However, I was referred to another hotel under the same group and management. It doesn’t have the kitchenette in the room as that was the prime reason for my booking. It has a communal kitchen instead. I find it extremely inconvenient as I have to make more than 20 trips there for all my needs! Sighhh..

Very cosy stay with very responsive staff on duty. Highly equipped with a mini kitchen area and very spacious. Surrounding area has food and is a bit of a walk from novena.

i can’t believe i had a great deep sleep, honestly. though the noise from the outside/hallways can be heard, it didn’t bother me that much since it just gets noisy when someone is checking-in or going out. it is also important to take note that the building does not have elevator and hair dryer. there is also a 1-minute walk bus station and stops at novena station. however, if you’re coming from novena station, you need to walk at least 12-16 minutes to reach the accommodation. overall, my experience is great and will surely check-in again if i needed a stay in singapore.

Habyt Hotel is located on Balestier Road, which is very convenient to anywhere in Singapore via taxi / bus / railway. Overall, the facility is at good quality and staff is friendly. It's more like a service apartment to have some basic utensils to make your stay easier.

Good location and value for money. Towels, dental kit, body wash and shampoo provided with smart TV. Decently clean with a fridge and kitchenette. There’s a pay-per-use laundry room. Small room but does its job and it’s easier to go up the stairs with a backpack.

Pros: Clean. Close to a small shopping mall. A bus stop just steps next to it. Kitchenette for simple cooking. Cons: No hairdryer, slippers, tissue paper. No lift, not recommended it you have big luggage. Praise to the hotel staff (the lady at the reception who I forgot to get her name) for her friendliness.

The room is quite small but it suitable for 2 persons. Staffs are so nice and friendly. My room is at 3rd floor but no elevator😢 *สำหรับคนไทย ห้องน้ำมีที่ฉีดก้นค่า มาได้เลย แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กไปนิด

All staff are very accommodating, they will response immediately when you have questions. The room was clean and very cozy, highly recommended😊😊 i will definitely book again here for my next staycation😊😊

The rooms were good and well equipped but the location wasn’t the most convenient as it was far from train stations

Everything good except no elevator for this place. If you are traveling with huge luggage might be inconvenient for you.

No lift is very tired for guests

非常驚喜的一次體驗！當天因為飛機晚點，我到達酒店時已經超過了晚上七點，但前台的女性工作人員依舊温柔耐心地告訴我如何去我的房間，非常感謝！ 環境很安靜，適合休息，單人間雖然小但設施齊全，非常乾淨，入住期間我沒看到任何蟲子。 電磁爐灶台可以做飯，配有煮鍋、煎鍋、燒水壺、各種做飯用的工具和洗潔精。房間空調風力足，衣櫃自動亮燈，衞生間頂噴的水很大，洗澡非常舒服，這一點我真的很喜歡。 衞生間還自帶沐浴露和洗髮水，灶台附近甚至有一個小冰箱！桌上的飲品我通過郵件詢問，也是免費提供的，並且走時還能網上自助辦理退房，衹要把鑰匙還回去就好，這對不善溝通的人來説簡直太方便了！ 我很少寫評價，但這家酒店真的很注重細節，而我抗拒不了細節上的服務。感謝你們的服務讓我在新加坡度過了非常好的一次旅行～
