Ulasan Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Osaka Shinsaibashi

Hotel room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. Location is near to Shinsaibashi and the nearest subway station is Honmachi station within walkable distance. Reasonable price and affordable stay. Overall would recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious enough to open two suitcases. Though we don’t request for the room cleaning service, the staff will provide new towels and bottled water everyday which is considerate.

Nice hotel with new facilities, good service.  Although the staff had some mistake with my booking, they solved it as soon as possible I really like matcha tea in the hotel However, it is not really near the Shinsaibashi station and the breakfast are the same in 4 days I lived in here. overall, it is nice hotel. I will choose again if coming back osaka.

The room is small, as expected, as an ordinary room in Japan (I downgraded to the smallest room which is 2 m2 smaller because I want to stay in the same room for 2 nights booked via SMGLOBAL). The location is tricky because it is in the middle of 2 metro stations, which is too much walking with heavy luggage both ways. What really upsets me is the lack of competence of the concierge staff in understanding the problem of the washing machine I met one night. The drying phase went completely wrong, which basically kept drying unstoppable. Told the nighttime concierge staff. Not too pleasant yet acceptable for him to pull out a translator to understand English. But he told me to wait for another 40 mins (which is shown exactly the same on the washing machine 40 mins ago) in the middle of the night because he couldn't switch off the machine. To me, he didn't take this seriously until I told him I would ask for compensation if there were damages to my clothes. And then in 15 minutes, he turned off the machine manually. Boom! Of course, my clothes are damaged and shrank after being dried so long. I did get the full compensation as a DISCLAIMER. But I wish I wouldn't have to throw myself in this scenario at 2am.

The subway station SHINSAIBASHI exit is much better and convenient than HONMACHI especially for tourists who are carrying bulk luggage. Very good and yummy breakfast with very good value, Very clean and cosy. Friendly and nice.

Staff was great and really tried to help with everything, even though not hotel related. Has bag storage after checkout so was able to leave them there and come back later. Mini fridge with free bottled water every day. I found it a good place to stay.

Hotel is new, thus it is clean!!! Some distance to shinsaibashi shopping street and slight far from metro station….receptionist is not fluent in english and strong japanese slang…

Lovely little hotel which is very central to most of the tourist area around. Subway is a 5 min walk away. There are many restaurants on the street and the one right opposite stays open till 4am which was great as we got in after midnight. Great value for money.
