Considering Singapore's generally high hotel prices, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The subway station and a shopping mall are conveniently located right downstairs from the hotel, accessible via a quick elevator ride from the 10th floor. On the ground floor, you'll find readily available taxis and Grab pick-up points, making it super easy to get around. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, including the popular 'Mr. Coconut' on the first floor of the mall, and a food court on the fifth floor.

Prime location, the MRT station just attach to the same building. The room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff. And affordable price. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is great with a wide variety of choices. On weekends, breakfast is served until 11 AM, and the selection is even richer and more varied, including durian ice cream! The front desk and restaurant are both on the 10th floor. From the restaurant, you can take the elevator directly opposite down to B2, which exits right at Somerset MRT Station, Exit C. The infinity pool on the rooftop offers distant views of the Marina Bay Sands. There's a Ya Kun Kaya Toast just a few meters to the right when you exit the hotel on the ground floor. Prawn noodles and other eateries are also nearby.

This was my third time visiting Singapore, and I have to say, JEN Hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. There's a mall right downstairs, and the subway entrance is directly below that. You can go straight to the hotel from the subway station. It's also within a 10-minute walk to Ngee Ann City, ION Orchard, and Paragon, making dining, shopping, and even just grabbing a drink incredibly convenient. The service, compared to what I'm used to back home, was just okay. However, the night view from the 19th-floor pool is stunning, and the bar staff by the pool were extremely friendly and had lovely smiles. My experience with the cleanliness wasn't great, though. My room number was 1415, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the drain, which made the room's odor quite unpleasant.

I stayed in Singapore for four nights, and three of them were at this hotel. When checking in, the first front desk agent didn't speak any Chinese at all. Then, another staff member took over and even upgraded my room type. The hotel's breakfast is really good and worth the extra cost; there's a wide variety, and it all tastes great. It was much better than the breakfast at the more expensive Marina Bay hotel where I also stayed. The only downside is that there's always a queue for breakfast every day, which is quite annoying. The pool on the 19th floor offers a beautiful night view. However, the air conditioning in the executive lounge is way too strong; I couldn't stay in there for long. On the other hand, several of the staff members I encountered on the ground floor spoke good Chinese. One of them gave me very detailed and helpful directions, which I really appreciated! Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

Facilities: The hotel room felt like a 3-star hotel in China. There's a direct drinking water tap in the room, and the swimming pool is quite good. We booked a king-size bed, which was a bit cramped for our family of three. Environment: The hotel is located near Somerset MRT station, making subway travel very convenient. Nearby, there's the famous 'Big Prawn Noodles' (with long queues). Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Toast Box, Mr. Coconut, and salted egg fish skin and chips. Service: Check-in was fast, room cleaning was prompt, and the pool bar attendant was very friendly. Overall, the experience was quite good.

If you're staying downtown, you *have* to pick this place! We stayed for three nights, and while the room wasn't huge, we still managed to fit two large suitcases comfortably. We pushed the two beds together, and it was perfect for two adults and a child with plenty of space. The beds were just the right firmness, making for a really comfortable sleep, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. The best part, though, is the super convenient location. There's a Coconut store on the first floor of the adjacent shopping mall, a food court on the fifth floor, and the subway is right in the basement. You can also cut through the mall to get to Centre Point across the street, where there's a bak kut teh spot with barely any queues – what a lifesaver! If you have some free time, check out Cotton On in the basement; it's a local brand. And even if you don't plan to swim, definitely go check out the pool area upstairs – it's so chill!

This hotel offers great value for money in Singapore. It's located right above the Orchard Gateway mall, and just one stop away from the heart of Orchard Road. Many nearby attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll. The rooftop is a popular spot with guests from all over the world, offering a diverse and interesting atmosphere.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious, clean, and the location is super convenient, with a subway station and a shopping street right downstairs. It offers good value for money, and you can even see fireworks from the rooftop. The only downside is that the rooftop pool isn't very clean, which was a bit disappointing for the kids.

After 10 PM, you can only access the hotel from the ground floor entrance. Overall, the environment is decent, and the cleanliness is good. The rooms are quite soundproof. The decor is a bit dated, comparable to a 3-4 star hotel in China. Some staff members speak basic Chinese. It's very convenient to get to any attraction by subway from here.

The bed was very big, no problem for a family with a three-year-old. We stayed for four nights in two rooms during the Chinese New Year holiday. Dining and getting around were very convenient. Taxis, buses, and the subway were all accessible. You could see the New Year fireworks from the rooftop pool, although they were quite mini. The cleaning staff were also Chinese and kept everything very clean.

The hotel's infinity pool offers a great view of Marina Bay Sands, which is excellent value for money. Plus, there's a Ya Kun Kaya Toast and a subway station right downstairs. You can walk straight to the hotel from the subway without even stepping into the sun. The only minor points are that you have to check in on the 10th floor before going up to your room, and my room didn't have bottled water, but there's a water dispenser where you can get your own.
