Hotel adalah asas pada bahagian bajet kerana bilik kecil dan sarapan pagi adalah asas. Tempah staycay kami kerana ia adalah kecemasan - pengubahsuaian pangsapuri. Menginap selama 3 malam. Tempah bilik perdana untuk keluarga 4. Ok menginap dan hotel berdekatan dengan perpustakaan dan pusat membeli-belah.

Located close to MRT and bus at Jurong east is a good location. Bus to sentosa could do with running earlier/later each day for tourists. Restaurant is good with variety each day for breakfast, dinner was also good. Pool did not seem to get much sun so was rather cold

I was disappointed in Genting Hotel Jurong. There were many amenities we were used to missing. There were no staff available to assist with luggage, but carts were available to tale your own things to the room. The room was small for the cost and minimally stocked and furnished. The hotel is centrally located, which was convenient. Breakfast was included, but the choices were limited and ranged from chicken nuggets and tater tots to some of the usual breakfast faire but it seemed scattered and basic. For the price, we would have rather stayed at one of the hotels inside Resorts World Sentosa, because the prices was similar and comparable for a lesser experience.

Clean rooms, thank you for the fast and efficient housekeepers! As for the two front officers, thank you for the help in our upgrading of the rooms and so forth.

Great location: About 10 minutes walk to the nearby mall and subway station. There is a Bus stop right outside of the hotel’s main entrance. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom are clean but very small. We stayed on the third floor. The soundproofing of the room is very bad. We heard the couples staying next room who made noise at late night. It was loud and disgusting. In addition, there had been some maintenance work going for a few days which was noisy for a few hours each day Food: There is a small restaurant at the top floor.We went up one time and there were a lot of people. And we saw there were not enough staff to serve the people. There is a breakfast place on the ground floor. But they are closed for lunch and breakfast. There is a vending machine in the lobby that offers snacks and instant noodle, which is good. In addition, there are trolleys available in the entrance and you can use it to bring all luggages to your room.

The rooms are clean and simple, and the staff is friendly. It’s a bit far from the main tourist spots, but it’s well-connected by public transport. Great if you’re on a budget or need to be near the business areas. Not a luxury spot, but it gets the job done.

Our experience was good, and for those who wanted to explore the Jurong area, this is the most strategic hotel to stay.

Excellent customer service, check in was smooth and no fuss, got 2 complimentary car park coupons as well. Room was not extremely big, but very satisfied with the cleanliness. Only downside was there is no bidet spray in the toilet, other than that everything else was pretty good. Will definitely consider for another stay next time.

I recently stayed at Genting Hotel Jurong and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's "hotel in a garden" theme was refreshing, with extensive landscaping and greenery creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and functional, though a bit on the smaller side. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Jurong East MRT station. I enjoyed the variety of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

A peaceful location far from busy location and crowds and waliking distances to shopping mall, food court and transportation.

Had a pleasant stay as the location was near to my meeting point. There’s also a complimentary shuttle bus to Sentosa.

Location: it’s around 10-15 mins walk from MRT, not very convenient for travellers with many luggage. It’s not indoor or with shelter on the way. Luckily the weather is very good without rain upon my arrival and departure. Just that there is construction work nearby and quite dusty when walking towards MRT in the daytime. Check in: the staff called Rainny is very friendly and helpful. We felt being warm welcomed and the whole process is very smooth. Room: the room is bright and tidy. Two queen beds are comfy and spacious enough. The shower area is relatively small. The minibar including cup noodles and drinks inside the room is all free. We just need to fill up water from the dispenser in the corridor. The hotel emphasises environmental friendly and I can see it from the amenities and setup. I quite like the small fridge in green color. I also appreciate it has type C plug on the bedside. I would say the room setup is good for business travellers. Swimming pool: it’s located on 2/F and not big though. We just didn’t swim much as there were quite some leaves and small stones in the pool. Restaurant: we haven’t tried but saw one on the hotel lobby. It’s buffet style. And there is one rooftop restaurant but only open from 6am to 9pm. What a shame we had no chance to visit. For our lunch and dinner, we went to the shopping mall near MRT and there are lots of restaurants. Overall, the stay is good. Staff including front office and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.
