The hotel is clean and tidy. Very spacious. The swimming pool is great!

The hotel to good and clean to stay but the swimming pool is use to much chlorine. The location is near to little  India so you will be a lot of Indian at the area.

Excellent location , rooms are ok, as usual Hilton standards, service is phenomenal, Bed and other amenities are perfect

Amazing view from the room. Literally you can see the heart of Little India. Vignesh is helpful and efficient. Basically all the staffs here is brilliant and it's takes a great pleasure to stay here :)

This was my 10th international trip, and I have stayed at various Hilton Hotels and other accommodations in the past. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. The staff at this hotel were dishonest, manipulative, and discriminatory. I used the kettle once to make coffee, and shortly after, I received a letter stating that I had damaged their old kettle. They demanded $47 for a replacement. When I approached the reception to clarify the issue, a representative assured me that it was just a warning and that I should only use the kettle for boiling water. I followed their instructions exactly, yet they still charged me the fee. When I questioned them, they shamelessly changed their stance, denying ever having told me otherwise. This entire situation felt like a scam—beware, friends! As for customer service, their treatment is blatantly biased. If you have white skin, you’re treated like a valued guest. However, if you have brown or black skin, they treat you with complete disregard, as if you are insignificant. I have never encountered such blatant racism in my entire life. Needless to say, I will never do business with Hilton again, and I have no intention of ever returning to Singapore.

I booked this hotel thinking of the brand Hilton. It’s no where close to that.  The service was very poor. The staff are rude and very direct! There is no fridge in the room to store food etc or milk for tea! Wouldn’t be staying there again if in Singapore!

Great location in Little India with easy access to MRT. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a nice rooftop pool. Some rooms require changing elevators, which can be inconvenient, but overall a good stay

Great 5 night stay. We loved the neighborhood near the temple and in Little India.Amazing food in the area. 7-11 connected to the hotel was a bonus! The staff was kind and as helpful as they could be. We would definitely stay again.

Very warm welcome. Very good service and super clean hotel. Had a pleasant stay and 100% recommend to stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good thing is there is a 7/11 right next door. Aside from that the streets around it are slightly dodgier side of Singapore. Temple is RIGHT next door and our room overlooked it. It’s super noisy and so if you plan on sleeping in, don’t book this hotel. We are heavy sleepers so some of the time it wasn’t a problem but even with that being said it woke us up. The Aircon didn’t work last night we were there and was using a central system which we didn’t like. Area wise not the best for food and walking around. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind then it’s fine. If you’re looking for something slightly better I suggest elsewhere. The room was nice for the price tho I have no complaints aside from the Aircon on the last day which we told reception at checkout, but if I had a higher budget for this trip I’d probably book somewhere else.

I felt not the Hilton’s standard. I was in Hilton in many cities in different countries , Istanbul, Paris, London Ontario & Malaysia. This Hilton was more comfortable..

Great relaxing stay. Very kind staff! Breakfast with Indian, Chinese and Western food. Astonishing view from the room over Little India.

I have booked this hotel some 6 yrs ago, had a great 4D 3N stay ,guys at the reception are super nice will stay again in future
