Overall ok. Location wise will need to take note if u tracker alone . It feels like traveling in an Indian town, food wise is easily accessed. Staff from check in to hskp staff are pretty friendly and amicable. Room amenities could provide more especially in the bathroom. Only a toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. Cleanliness is acceptable but can be better for the dusting part. The only didn't expect the view. As our room was facing the gov building so the window is being sealed and no view

The hotel room was small but clean. The only problem with this hotel is the airconditioning. It's censor based but the censors are not up to the mark. The breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. Location is near little india

You can explore little India easily. I really liked the swimming pool, good view and super clean.

everything was perfect except how it was very noisyyy frm 8am in the morning? probably because it was situated right next to a temple :( i wanted to sleep in.,,,

Location is alright, the service is great. However the let down for me is how the air conditioning turns off when there is no person in the room. I understand the energy conservation however on a scorching hot day, all you want to do is come back to a very cool hotel and relax.

there were these stains on many areas of the blanket… was quite disgusted by it , hope to get some sort of service recovery for this being a “high class hotel”

Second time here! Despite its lack of accessibility, we settled on this hotel as the most budget-friendly option available for New Year's Eve. The hotel itself is impressively new looking, with a modern and appealing interior. However, one perplexing aspect was the showering area's design without a door, causing inconvenience due to inevitable water spills.

Value for money. Good service. Adequate amenities. Polite and friendly staff.

2nd visit here. Still very satisfied. Definitely will be my to go hotel for staycation:)

This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon. If you don't mind staying in Little India, you can consider this hotel. I chose the deluxe twin bed, which was really comfortable for two couples; the single beds were quite spacious. The hotel is large and clean, with well-maintained facilities. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient. Although the breakfast options are not extensive, they still serve nice food.
