Ulasan Wink Hotel @ Bugis

ห้องเล็กมากแต่ก็สมกับราคา ไม่มีสายชำระ สิ่งที่แย่มากคือผนังบางมาก ยิ่งเป็นห้องเชื่อม เหมือนอยู่ห้องเดียวกับอีกห้องเลย ได้ยินแม้กระทั่งอีกห้องเปิดกระป๋องน้ำ เสียงทีวีไม่ต้องพูดถึง พนักงานบริการดีมาก ถ้าจะเปลี่ยนอุณหภูมิห้อง ต้องโทรไป reception

The hotel location is perfect. The room had a bad smell whereas it smell like the room had leaking of too moisture for too long time. The wall in the room is looks dirty. Overall consider average below.

the location is very central, hence we booked it as we were going for 2xu run. toilet was a tad bit small, there were some small stains on the bed sheets here and there

the location of the hotel makes it perfect. quite many big malls and tourist attractions are just within walking distance from the hotel. flies were found in the room. the door of the shower space could not be closed perfectly. a bit of water dropped from the air con vent.

방에는 머리카락이 바닥에 쌓여있고 이불도 교체되지 않는거 같다개인적으로 가져온 이불 사용을 했습니다 복도에 있는 인도 여자 한테 방이 더럽다고 이야기 하였는데 걸레질 대충 해주고 나갔음 위생상태는 최악이라고 보면 되는데 위치는 부기스랑 가까워서 좋음 로비는 깨끗해보이고 짐도 맡겨주고 엘레베이터도 있고 직원도 친절한편 호텔 옆 세븐일레븐은 24시간이 아님. 옷장 열었는데 왠 생수병 빈통이 4개 정도 나옴 그말은 즉슨 옷장 확인도 안한다는 말 아닌가요?

Nothing negative. Great property.

I love the location, we can go on a walk to several destination since its close, such as bugis area, arab street, raflless hotel, chijmes. Also a lot of option for bus stop around the hotel to more far destination. And there are 2 MRT line around the area (EWL and DL).

The room is comfortable for me as i am travelling alone. Size quite small but it is fine for me. Iron is provided, with toothbrush, toothpaste, shower foam and shampoo. However the room is not soundproof, can hear the neighbour talking. 700m to suntec city convention centre.

Travel with my wife the price fluctuate everyday. the service is just so so I know this is Singapore. The staff is a bit cocky, but in general it’s fine.

Cleanliness are very bad. Bathroom are full of mould and stains, floor are sticky and the whole room smell very bad too.

When I arrived there was no staff. AC cannot be controlled from within the room. Staff very happy to change it for.you but I expect more at this price range

The air cond is centralised and even 16 degree celsius is not cold also. Kinda disappointed of the room air cond. Otherwise room is quite clean and they provide basic toiletries also. Front desk staff is nice.

Arrived here at 12ish couldn’t check in as was too early so reception allowed us to leave our bags which was great. Headed to universal for the day and arrived back at the hotel at 8pm. Showered and went out for dinner. Had to get new towels as the ones provided were dirty and ripped. When we got back at 10pm the electricity in our room wasn’t working called reception who were unable to fix this so we had to move at 11pm. Moved to another room where we heard a man doing some questionable things in his room. We eventually got to sleep and at 7:30 am we were woken up by a TV very very loud! Called reception as this was ridiculous. Reception tried to call but the man didn’t answer. Reception then had to come up to the room to get this sorted which took about 30 minutes. All in all a really poor experience.
