Ulasan Arcadia Hotel

I won’t say this hotel is an ideal stay for long period, perhaps a short one. Unlike many other hotels you could ask for extra shampoo , shower gel etc but nope this hotel is only limited to 1 per room , tried asking for extra since theres me and my wife using the same small shampoo they provide ! Cleanliness wise theres a few mould on the ceiling top not sure about the other rooms but yeah its like this for my loft room ! Other than that location is good and probably thats the only good things to talk about , its like a 5 minute walk to bendemeer MRT station , lots of malls nearby , foods , restaurants too!

I was at room 301. With 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed. The room size is quite large than my thought, which is great! This room has no windows. There are shower kit of L’occitane, an dryer and slippers below the bed, free bottle of water, and free coffee and tea bag. The toilet has bidet. The shower has closable door to separate wet and dry area. The fridge is little bit small (can store up to 3 medium bottles of water). Each outlet has a switch that can be turned off. The side bed is a little bit dusty but I don’t really care. The location is great, not far from MRT DT23 and bus stop that can go to Chinatown and Marina bay. The staff is nice. The issue of this stay is the door has a security lock but cannot use because the lock at the door side is missing, anyway the door is digital door lock. Also, the water pipe sound is a little bit loud at night.

A lot of eateries/cafes around the hotel. They provided L'Occitane toiletries, which is a plus point.

We had the room with no windows, but the overall experience turned out to be okay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Recommended for people who are on a budget but prioritise a great location. Its near the Lavendar MRT station and a bus stop. You can also drop your luggage before check in time which is super helpful. In an ideal scenario, wish the hotel could charge slightly less for room without windows..

Disappointing hotel experience. I was staying in Rm-307, there isn't window in the Room, the bed was beside the Wall. At night the whole piece of Wall was wet.

The hotel stay was superb as it is clean and quiet which enable to have a good rest specially at night

The hotel is easy to get grab. Room is clean. But the breakfast is not as good and the water pipe noise could be annoying if someone using their washroom in the middle of the night or early morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. For a property advertised as a 4-star hotel, it fell short of expectations. The corridor carpet was very dirty, giving a poor first impression. Additionally, the towels provided were very old and worn out. The cleanliness of the toilet was also lacking, which was quite concerning. Overall, I do not believe this hotel meets the standards of a 4-star rating.

Good but the amenities give so little , room is big area , clean and tidy

the check in was smooth, and the room was cosy. the hotel was located to many hidden food gems. we had no complaint about the hotel.
