Cheap for Singapore but very very low end accommodation. Stayed here for one night as we arrived late and moved to a resort the next day but could not stay here more than one night. Not enough room to open the suitcase in the room and barely enough room to shower.

Very bad hotel, bad from check in, room not clean, bad smell. No elevator. I have to bring my 25kg suitcase to 3th floor. Hotel still in reconstruction but owner not mention while booking. Don’t stay here or you have a bad dream.

Very small place and not worth the stay. Pay a little more and get a much better place. Do not stay here.

The hotel is a converted private house. The room layout is a bit strange. It is located at a corner and the decoration is slightly worse than other hotels of the same price. Because it is on the street, it may be noisy. But the location is very good, just outside the subway station. There is a late-night snack shop downstairs, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, and other things are not demanding.

This is the second time I booked this hotel, and this room is better than the last one, because it is bigger, has cooler air conditioning, is cleaner, and has TV programs. But I didn't get water and coffee bags. Other things are satisfactory.

The hotel is relatively cheap, the check-in service at the front desk is fast, the overall feeling is OK, the facilities are a bit old, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to Jalan Besar MRT station

One of the most pathetic Hotel in Singapore, small rooms, no bathroom space and very untidy, there is no proper ventilation in room as well as bathrooms, there is “NO LIFTS”, you have to carry your luggage on your head they don’t provide any service, and the most pathetic smell keeps you irritated and makes you nausea all 24/7 as there is a Chinese restaurant on ground floor which kitchen exhaust keep evolving bad smells of their food, it’s better you sleep on footpaths of Singapore rather staying in this Hotel. Very bad experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would do it without hesitation! This hotel is a complete scam and a disgrace. Everything, absolutely everything, was catastrophic. 1. False advertising: the room was advertised as 15 m², but in reality, it was barely 9 m². A real closet where it was difficult to move. Impossible to open a suitcase without blocking the entrance. 2. Non-existent cleanliness: the room was dirty and covered in dust, to the point that we did not even dare to put our things or bags on the floor. Not to mention the cockroaches that were freely roaming... and in numbers! A real invasion that proves the total lack of maintenance and hygiene. 3. Mediocre bathroom: the shower is integrated into the toilet, so everything is constantly soaked. The hot water works randomly: sometimes freezing, sometimes boiling, and the pressure drops almost completely at times. 4. Non-existent comfort: The furniture was in poor condition, the sheets were questionable, and the room gave the impression of total neglect. In short, this hotel is a disgrace, and I strongly advise against anyone going there. For a similar price, you will find much better elsewhere. Move on!
