Bilik-bilik adalah luas. Lokasi sangat selesa. Perkhidmatan pelanggan adalah hebat! Mereka akan sah memastikan anda mempunyai penginapan yang baik di hotel. Saya benar-benar ingin kembali lagi terutamanya kerana perkhidmatan pelanggan yang mereka berikan untuk kami. Ia adalah pengalaman yang tidak dapat dilupakan.

Meh sangat sebab berhabuk. Saya harap mereka benar-benar berusaha untuk melakukan pengubahsuaian dan pembersihan yang baik kerana ia benar-benar tidak berbaloi dengan wang yang saya bayar untuk dua malam. Saya mengharapkan lebih baik.

Hotel yang sangat bagus tetapi mungkin terdapat penjagaan yang lebih baik untuk tempat itu. sangat berdebu, malah mendapati makanan tersangkut di sudut bilik saya. Kakitangan cukup baik untuk membantu dan membersihkan.

Penyambut tetamu yang baik dan sangat responsif

When I first arrived there wasn’t even a staff. There was no confirmation or verification of identification and just let me have to room key. After entering the room it was so dusty and the air conditioner was dripping water and when feedback to the receptionist he told me to just use the towel to clean the water and did not even give me an extra towel to do so. Not recommended even if is cheap. Try to make a refund but was even rejected.

The hygiene is very bad with no complete basic needs like hair dryer. Can found stain and hair on the bedsheet. The carpet in the room looks filthy. Can found dust

Bathtub was really huge, customer service was there too. All in all, a worth it trip.

Had an unpleasant stay resulting to us checking out early. The whole vibe of the hotel when we walked in was our first red flag. The lobby seemed like they were going for some sort of 'hip' or upbeat style I supposed with alot of random things lying everywhere but they were playing calming massage music in the background which did not fit the whole theme at all. Gave a messy look to the lobby. When we were walking up to our room, Junior suite 209, there was a pushcart of cleaning supplies in the plain sight accompanied by what seems to be wedding decorations or some sort. We weren't even sure if that was supposed to be part of the hotel decor or we were looking at their storage area. We. thought we booked a queen sized bed but when we walked in, it was two singled sized mattresses on the floor placed together side by side. The whole room gave a 'hostel' vibe. Booked the room also for the bathtub but the quality of the bathtub seemed like they bought it from shopee or daobao. There was no plug for the drainage and they provided with a make shift cover. There were stains in the bathtub. The aircon also had a leakage that leaked onto the wall leaving a yellow stain. Wanted to switch off the lights to avoid looking at it but the touch screen switch not working. Checked out early because sleeping in our own bedroom is definitely more comfortable than this.

Amazing group of staff who are very accommodating to the hotel guests needs If you are planning a birthday surprise or a proposal, this team is the ultimate bunch to make sure it all goes well and smoothly

I was quite surprised as the room condition was really run down. There was a tear along the towel, the bathtub was not clean, the chair was in a bad condition. I was given a room with a projector which was not what i booked for. I tried to change the booking date as my partner was unable to make it on the day. I find that the receptionist was rude when I informed them that my partner may not be able to join me and the reply i received was "even better if he can't make it". I checked out earlier than the check-out time.
