Kakitangan sangat mesra. Bilik hotel bersih dan mengikut standard. Kepala pancuran memerlukan perhatian kerana hanya disembur daripada separuh. Kebimbangan mengenai kebakaran tidak jelas. Ini boleh menyebabkan masalah jika berlaku kebakaran.

Mempunyai penginapan singkat untuk rehat dadakan. Memutuskan untuk pergi ke lokasi ini sekali lagi kerana biliknya bagus dan pastinya seperti tv pintar yang besar. Secara keseluruhan, mempunyai satu lagi penginapan yang hebat.

Ia adalah tempat yang sangat bagus dan selesa untuk rakan-rakan. Bilik itu bagus dan bilik mandinya besar. Saya suka katil bujang tetapi katil bersaiz queen terlalu lembut dan sedikit tidak selesa untuk saya kerana saya lebih suka katil keras. Keseluruhan penginapan yang bagus tetapi kakitangan perkhidmatan agak tidak fleksibel dan lambat. Tetapi dari segi bilik sangat bagus. Terima kasih untuk penginapan yang baik.

The rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels of the same level. The location is quiet, but a little far from the culinary center.

Staffs are friendly, location is good, clean n hygiene too

One of the great hotel at geylang area. Room bed came with serra mattress. I love it so much so much. Surrounding full of ************ shops (red light district). Foods also convinient with just few minutes of walking distance. Will come back again ya.

Our stay at Five/6 hotel Splendour was excellent n the hotel is spacious good for 4 person . Its clean n beds are comfortable too . Although the place is a bit far from train station but still a good place to stay if you’re looking for a good budget hotel for families . Definitely will be back again x

The hotel is a pleasant surprise, I never expect a budget option in Geylang to be this nice. The standard queen bed room I stayed is newly renovated so everything is still pristine and clean. The Serta bed is firm yet appropriately soft; and the water pressure in the shower is pretty adequate. The minibar, consisting of a beer and 2 non-carbonated soft drinks as well as 2 small bags of chips, is modest but it is complementary so no complaints. The receptionists are friendly. To counter vice, there are many CCTV around and in the property, all visitors even non-staying ones must report to the front desk with their valid ID, and no on-call service provider is allowed in the room. Hence, this hotel is great for family and solo travellers (who are not looking for “extra” services).

For a short stay is this hotel oke, long stay means more luggagge than the room is really too small. There are enough restaurants nearby, subway is 900m walking distance.

Price seems acceptable since other hotel with the same condition is more expensive. Good one!

Had a great experience at this hotel, which is quite rare in fact. Morris from Reception came and greeted us at the door, making us feel welcome immediately. Wending wa helpful as well.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. Staff members were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others

The staff are very friendly and greet you everytime you pass the entrance. They do daily housekeeping, thats why the room is very clean and there is a bedit in the bathroom. Internet service is good and there is a free snacks and drinks. They refill it during housekeeping. The only problem is the location its far from mrt station you need 15 min walk. Its inconvenient if raining and if you have elderly and children with you. There is a bus stop nearby but you have to familiarize the bus number passing in that station.
