Ulasan Orchid Hotel

The hotel is nice. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The buffet is fair, deep fly product not fried so well, needed to get improved.

I stayed for one night for a Singapore layover. Chinatown was about an 8-minute walk away, and there was a shopping mall nearby where I could easily find meals. The room was spacious and clean, and I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Our family really likes this hotel. Very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The location is very strategic, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, close to China Town, very close to the MRT station. Highly recommended. Will stay here again if I go to Singapore.

The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice city view. The location was excellent—close to public transport and major attractions. Breakfast was decent, though a bit pricey. Overall, a good choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort. I’d stay here again!"

Front desks staff are superb, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cleaner was polite and helpful. Breakfast spread and service were very good. Only exception was on the first morning when we went to the breakfast hall, the guy at the entrance did not seem friendly at all. There was no greeting or smile nor eye contact. He didn’t utter a word but expected us to know what to give him to proof we were indeed hotel guests.

Big room and clean, but felt very empty. Hotel could consider paintings or other furniture to feel up the space. Breakfast is terrible. A chinese restaurant serving a western breakfast is a really bad idea, and poor execution.

Firstly, the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with any type of request we had especially with a young baby. The location is perfect as you have everything you need around you, which includes convenience stores and every type of restaurant and food markets less than 10 minutes walk within the vicinity.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and allowed me to check in early, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, being less than a 5-minute walk to the MRT at Tanjong Pagar station. Highly recommended!

We like the hotel because the location is great, otherwise its just like any other hotel. Its clean and rooms are fine. One staff member has a huge personality issues, but I guess she’s not working there anymore…..

Not my first time staying here but it will be my last . Room as per pictures you see , spacious & big , yes . Breakfast have limited options but can make do with it . Was caught surprised when I went for breakfast with my friend & was informed that one of your friend actually already came down for breakfast ??? lol Omg , which friend I didn’t know was sleeping with us 👻 or someone else mention our room number to get free breakfast ?? How do you guys even verify then ?? Next I want to highlight the shower water drainage needs some maintenance ?? Mini flood everytime I take a bathe or foot spa , sadly no bathtub else be helpful . The water doesn’t goes down easily so becareful don’t slip . Cleanliness issue , didn’t had that concern in my previous stays but this time yes . Checked in the room & realized there are paper notes left behind by previous guest ?? So how much was the room being cleaned being I checked in ?? Omg . Lastly the aircon , in my previous stays I noticed the aircon temp gets warm in the middle of the night but I still can hear with it . However this recent stay was the worst , perspired through the night until early morning the temp got better ?? Is this how centralized aircon being controlled & room temp controller is just for show .. If you wouldn’t mind all above issues , all good . Location is great & have supermarket nearby . Else highly recommend to skip this .. P.S. no more complimentary parking for stay-in guest
