Broken toilet with sewage leaking onto the ground, reception unwilling to do anything about it citing reasons such as not having rooms to change. Found another room to book within the same place after the conversation. Photo of towel on the ground with sewage water that was already in toilet before use.

The location of the hotel is very good since it is very close to the Termini station. Facilities were okay. Air conditioning was working. The only problem for me was the cleanliness of the room. It was very dusty and there was some leftover thing in the drawer. I can recommend this place for 1 or 2 night stay. If you plan to stay more or will be inside during the day,you can choose another place. Overall, it was good.

Nice location close to everything bus station, Metro station, and some ancient places, but the room is too small

이 호텔은 내 인생 최고의 쓰레기 같은 호텔이였다. 1. 샤워실 배수구가 막혀있다.(청소안함) 2. 샤워실 마감이 다 떨어져서 방안으로 물이 넘친다. 3. 기본제공 된다는 어메니티중에 일회용 샴푸1봉지, 타월만 있었다. 1인당 1장씩 제공 받음 4. 난방 안된다. 5. 화장실에 휴지조차 없다. 6. 프론트에 직원이 항상 어딘가 가서 호출도 안된다. 7. 도시세를 사람수가 아닌 방 크기로 받는다. 8. 침구류가 매우 더럽다. 9. 방이 습하고 곰팡이 냄새가 심하다. 10. 그 어떤 방음 장치도 없다. 매우 시끄럽다.

O hotel não é ruim, ótima localização fica atrás da estação Termine, o quarto limpava todos os dias, ótimo para estadia curta, o pessoal da recepção são agradáveis e prestativos, vale a pena pelo custo e benefício, voltaria sem dúvida. Só um detalhe: poderiam tirar as latas de lixo que fica na frente do hotel, como o prédio está em reforma também há entulhos, mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem. Obs.: já visitei Roma 3 vezes, já esteve melhor, tem que tomar cuidado com a região, muito batedores de carteira.

差評！差評！差評！極其差的酒店，一邊裝修一邊營業。照片和現實相聚甚遠，房間臭烘烘的，房頂漏着，窗户底下就是垃圾桶。攜程不該把這樣的酒店推薦給客户。Terriable！Is such a terriable experience!The smell of the room is very bad. And the lage rubbish box is under the only one window.All the photos show on introduction like a lie. C_trip should not recommend such a bad hotel.

一泊で限界でした笑 テルミに駅からは近くてよかったです！ 寝るだけだったので良かったですが、夜の外にはネズミなどが走ってて嫌でした… 部屋の中にはネズミやゴキブリはいないかと確認したら絶対いないと言ってました笑 周りの治安もよろしくないと思いました…

很爛的地方，要訂的慎重。好處是離火車站特別近，距離上很方便。但是酒店在一個居民樓內部，很狹小，沒有電梯，隔音和衞生都不好，有蟲子還有不少污漬發黴的地方，價格太貴了，實在是讓人大跌眼鏡，建議不要訂。

Nous avons été fortement désappointé à 16h30 notre chambre n'était pas faite, il a fallu attendre pour nous installer. De plus au quotidien il manquait des serviettes de bain. Contrairement aux photos et aux arguments ,impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner . Sans oublier la télé qui n'était relié à aucun canal. Impossible de converser avec le réceptionniste qui ne parle unique sa langue. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, de plus le quartier est très peu rassurant....nous avons dû déplacer notre véhicule dans un parking payant.
