Nice location close to everything bus station, Metro station, and some ancient places, but the room is too small

Hotel muy bien ubicado a 4 min del termini caminando, a 15 min del coliseo, la limpieza de la habitación y del lugar excelente. Y lo mejor de todo es la atención que se recibe desde el primer día que llegas por parte de la Sra Esperanza (recepción), te orienta en todo y te ayuda a resolver cualquier duda que tengas, es muy muy amable. 100% recomendado, nota importante la habitación tiene calefacción y el TV con internet, wifi

全体的に古い印象はあるが、男性一人で素泊まりするには十分だと思う。駅から程近く、周辺にもレストランも多く、コロッセオも一応徒歩圏内にあるためロケーションは完璧ではあるが、どこがホテルの入口なのか分かりにくく、かつ1枚扉を挟んでからまっすぐ進んだところにホテルの建物があるため、チェックイン時はインターホン越しにフロントと話す必要がある。 部屋は少し狭めだがそこまで不潔な印象は特にないものの、冷房が動かなかったりコンセントの数が少なかったりする。私が宿泊した部屋はヘアドライヤーが壊れていて使えなかったので注意が必要。ルームサービスもオンラインからできるようだがおそらくずっとシステムメンテナンス状態なので話にならない。そんな設備でこの値段はちょっと…というのが本音。

Located in the old area of the city, but very good for transport. Old hotel that internally is clean but basic facilities. Staff

The hotel is near the train station so it indeed has a very convenient location. But the area around the hotel doesn’t seem too safe. So for example right outside the hotel there are currently construction works done, which means that there are lots of trash lying around. We even saw lots of rats at night around the trash. Adding to that the area is pretty dark at night. Also there are no AC in the rooms, only an electric fan. So if you visit Rome in summer, it will be way too hot in the room. The pictures on how the room look like on the internet is not quite the same. It doesn’t look as pretty. But besides that the hotel is not too far from the Centre and the staff is also friendly. Room service is also provided, but only in the morning.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for one night, but the worst night ever was when we arrived in the room. There is one fan and the room is very hot and we cannot sit in it. We asked to change the room and we moved to the next room. Also, the room is hot.

No air conditioner, terrible place

Non ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative abbiamo prenotato per una notte in questo hotel e al nostro arrivo ci hanno sbattuto in tutt'altro hotel nella stessa via (tra l'altro con altro nome hotel ferrari) senza che noi ne sapessimo nulla. Eravamo convinti di andare un un hotel e invece ci siamo ritrovato in un altro che si è rivelato un incubo gestito da tutti uomini del Bangladesh. Eravamo due donne da sole. Ci aspettavamo un rimborso Senza parole

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación pero lo mejor que tiene es la atencion de la recepcionista que esta por la mañanas muy atenta
