Sangat bagus, semuanya agak baru dan direka dengan baik. Sangat berhampiran taman Fort Canning dan mudah untuk sampai di pusat bandar. Kolam renang tidak mempunyai pemandangan tetapi masih sangat menyeronokkan. Sarapan pagi yang baik tetapi tidak mempunyai sedikit pilihan. Bilik yang paling murah tidak mempunyai tingkap kecil ke arah skywell, jadi tiada pemandangan apa-apa. Secara keseluruhannya cukup menyeronokkan

Great location near the MRT, Somerset and Orchard shopping malls. The nearby Fort Canning Park is a nice place to visit. The mini bar contains snacks and drinks.

The space was fine, well cleaned room and good consideration of having water filter in the room. There was some noise with the air-cond during the midnight which affected the stay experience.

This year I compared two properties for my business trip then I chose the right one. At first, it's because of the location and budget, second is the water filter and the hotel's decoration. Daily Minibar benefits are the best. On the arrival date, we checked in with the Front Manager "Shawn" which was a super service mind but not only him, the lady who works at the concierge was also super friendly and other staff too. For me, I'm satisfied during my stay. And give the plus score for the Minibar, which is less sugar so I took it all to the event as I need the energy... The breakfast is not too much variety but it's enough.

Very good and clean facilities. The staff are all very lovely and welcoming. Location is very close to Orchard road. Nothing to complain about.

Room is clean but there were stains on the hand towel and ironing board. Also felt lifts were a bit slow. Hotel is walking distance from the mrt and you’ll have to walk past istana park. Amenities wise - mini bar had a variety of drinks!!! To note that hotel doesn’t provide bottled mineral water as they are big on sustainability and you’ll have to drink from tap (filtered).

Wonderful stay. Received warm greeting from the moment I entered the hotel. The greeting gift is really thoughtful and special. Spacious rooms with picturesque riverfront balconies. Ideal location, close to local attrations. All staff are friendly and patient. Come and experience yourself.

The hotel room is clean and the staff is polite. 7 minutes walk to Mrt station which is quite convenient. Breakfast is relatively simple. Body lotion is not available in the hotel room. Overall is good.
