Highly recommend for solo travellers. The hotel itself was excellent, and so were the staff. The location was also excellent - bus station and metro station right on the doorstep, and Singapore Plaza also very closeby - an easy walk even in the rain! The swimming pool was lovely, the breakfast was good value, the bed was super comfy and there sure was free ice cream! Would definitely go back.

We stayed in a loft, and it was great that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. My room was very clean and had a coffee machine. The upstairs sleeping area was quiet. Afternoon tea was provided, but there was no iron.

We had a very awesome stay in Citadines Connect City Centre last week. One of the front desk staff named Zachary was warm enough to welcome and accommodate us despite our early arrival to the hotel. He was very kind and patient. We booked the Loft 1 with sofa bed, it was very clean despite the early check-in. The room has good soundproofing, ambiance is very well lighted. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. Complete hotel amenities. Location is very accessible to public transportation. The only we wished for was more food options from the hotel breakfast but nonetheless the food was good.

Nice location and very new-looking hotel! The facilities are great, and the rooftop pool was a lovely surprise. The room is a bit small, and the check-in staff could be friendlier, but overall it was a good stay.

Had great time in Singapore - the location of hotel was great and near Plaza Singapura, which was great place for food.

We love citadines. Amazing location. Wonderful reception service. Chic cafe on the lobby floor. And a stone throw from dhobi ghaut station. Certainly will choose this hotel again. Thank you Citadine.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is super convenient for getting anywhere, especially great for business trips in the CBD. The room was new, well-equipped despite its small size, and very clean.

Overall a great location and service.  I had to call housekeeping for room cleaning.  Lady sounded surprised.  Not sure what the protocol is as the notices only spoke to change of sheets and towels.  Ice cream in the afternoon is a great treat.   Fort Canning is a stone throw away.  Take the hop off hop on bus - The Big Bus Company!

Very nice got upgraded into Loft Room due to last min booking and the room type I booked is fully occupied. Everything was good. Nothing to complain. Also, free mini bar everyday.

If not slow, the check-in process took longer time than I expected Superior Queen Room: The room was clean and chic but the hotel could use smart TVs for movies Pool towels: towel was smelly, the cabinet was not labelled, and was not easy to find Free ice-creams is from 3 PM to 6 PM, please extend the time at least until 9 PM / after dinner time The breakfast was too dry and had very limited options

Best location, convenient for connecting several bus and subway lines. You can take a bus that runs directly to the airport. The room interior design was so chic and modern. Free complimentary ice-cream. Love the tea in the room (Monogram). The overall room was clean, but there were a few small bugs coming from the corner of the room everyday, which were a bit annoying.
