The hotel boasts a fantastic sea view and the pool and water activities are perfect for families with kids. In the evenings, there are sparkler shows on the beach, creating a unique ambiance to enjoy dinner while watching the performance.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance to the CBD, Chinatown, and Clarke Quay, and very close to the MRT station and several shopping centers. Fort Canning Park is right next door, just a turn to the right when you exit.

The room size is pretty decent for Singapore standards. The bed is soft yet supportive. The rooftop pool water is quite cold, and the free mini-fridge and ice cream were a nice touch. The only drawback is that we had to specifically ask the housekeeping staff to clean the room; they didn't do it proactively (we stayed for 2 nights).

The room isn't huge, but it's not too cramped for a family. The rooftop pool wasn't crowded, and the location is great, making it easy to get around. Plaza Singapura is just a short walk away, which is super convenient for shopping and dining.

Traveling with family, the hotel's location was unexpectedly excellent. It's right next to a large shopping mall that has a Pop Mart where you can find many limited edition items. Downstairs from the mall, there are plenty of food options, a supermarket, and both a subway and bus station just a few minutes' walk away. The facilities are very comprehensive. It's also only a 5-minute walk from Fort Canning Park. While the room was small, it was very clean, making it perfect for those with high hygiene standards. The front desk staff were very prompt with cleaning and always tried their best to accommodate any requests. Plus, there's free ice cream in the afternoon and complimentary drinks provided daily.

The room was clean and comfortable, spacious, and had excellent natural light. The bed was soft and provided a good night's sleep. All the facilities were complete and well-maintained, looking almost new. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The soundproofing was a bit lacking, as I occasionally heard people talking and knocking sounds. I would still consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The loft room was smaller than expected, but overall it was still comfortable. We didn't get breakfast because it didn't seem worth it; we figured we could find better and more affordable options outside, and there were plenty nearby. The location, though, was absolutely fantastic – right in the city center and incredibly convenient.

This is my second time here, and the location is excellent! Dhoby Ghaut MRT station makes it easy to go anywhere. The famous 'tree hole' cafe is also just a 5-minute walk away. My kids loved the complimentary drinks and snacks, and having a water dispenser was very convenient.

I had a great experience! The room was super clean and more spacious than other hotels, plus the TV had YouTube. The location is excellent, right across from a large shopping mall. The front desk staff were very polite; they even pre-registered me because I arrived early. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Singapore!

Facilities: All essential amenities are provided, including disposable toiletries, towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and even a mini-fridge and an iron (though I didn't use it). The second floor offers a private space with power outlets and a desk. It's compact but sufficient; a 20-inch suitcase can be laid out on the desk, and downstairs, two 24-inch suitcases can easily be opened simultaneously. The bathroom has drinkable tap water. Cleanliness: Very clean, no insects or anything of the sort. Environment: I'm really satisfied. The hallway is very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise during resting hours. The air conditioning is powerful. Service: The room includes complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, but beverages are extra. Every morning when I left, I’d encounter the housekeeping staff, with whom I could communicate using simple English. The front desk service is great, and they offer free luggage storage. Security is also excellent; you need to use your room key card to access your designated floor. From 3 PM to 6 PM, there's complimentary ice cream. Although breakfast isn't included, there are breakfast spots on the first floor and downstairs at the hotel opposite the All Seasons building, as well as in the mall across from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Transportation is also very convenient! The MRT and bus stops are incredibly close, and Dhoby Ghaut is an interchange for three MRT lines. Bus 36, which goes directly to the airport, is also nearby (just make sure you're going in the right direction). One more important thing! Fort Canning Park is nearby, and the famous 'tree tunnel' photo spot is right downstairs from the All Seasons building! It's very easy to find, so if you arrive early, you can go take your photos right away. All in all, my trip to Singapore was made even better because of this hotel.☺️

Booked a single queen bed room at a competitive price. Room can be a little small but that is fine for a single person. I love that the drinking water comes from a tap instead of bottles. Definitely much more environmental friendly.

The taxi from the airport was around S$25. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to walk to Orchard Road and Clarke Quay. The famous 'tree hole' photo spot is just a 3-minute walk away. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks, and the cleanliness is great. I've stayed here multiple times because it's so convenient and efficient.

Me and my daughter love the pool! The hotel location is great! Super walking distance from I mrt station. Will stay here again when we come to Singapore again!

I visited during a 2-week training business trip and stayed for 2 nights. The facilities were clean and I really enjoyed the pool. There was absolutely nothing lacking. Thank you.
