The location and the service personnel more than make up for the basic amenities.  Kitchen is good enough for basic cooking and reheating.

The loft room were large as shown on the pictures. Decent facilities. One of the aircon started to leak on the 2nd day and we had to switch to another smaller family room but was still clean and good. Overall stay was wonderful.

Do NOT book this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to relax especially if with children on weekends. Downstairs below the apartments is a bar which plays very loud music until 1am when we stayed there. Impossible to relax or sleep inside the room and even the furniture was vibrating. We had to move hotels because of this and no refund was given.

I had booked a 2 bedroom family suite for 5 days. I wanted to confirm the facilities and tried calling them many times. But they did not pick up and did not respond to my WhatsApp messages even after waiting for days! But when we arrived there, the staff was friendly and arranged everything upon request. The reception is not open 24/7. Hence make sure to request early in case you need anything. On the other hand, the location was perfect, close to many tourist places. On weekends music from nearby bars is too loud until late at night which can be disturbing. There was no housekeeping provided for the entire 5 days of stay.

空調嚴重漏水，滿地都是水。。 給手機充電很不方便，得自己帶上排線板，公寓/酒店完全沒有“服務”客户的要求，平時無法聯繫到客服，尤其晚上。 位置與性價比還可以。

한국분들의 리뷰가 없어서 글을 남겨봅니다. 위치는 차이나타운 머큐리호텔 바로 옆이고요. 지하철과 관광지가 가까워서 아주 좋았습니다. 한국식당들도 주변에 많고요. 소통은 영어만 가능하고요. 청소는 2~3일에 한번 해줍니다. 타월은 하루에 한번씩 교체가 아니라 들고가면 교체해줍니다. 저녁 7시반 이후에는 직원이 퇴근합니다. 세탁기는 카운터에 공용으로 사용할수 있는게 있으며 세탁 5달러 건조 5달러 입니다. 주변에 세탁방 보다는 저렴합니다.

公寓位置優越，在藍線兩個地鐵站之間，吃飯方便，附近有南洋老咖啡，亞坤，松發肉骨茶，吐司工坊，coconut，基本網紅店可以一網打盡，而且廚房可以做飯，附近唐城坊有超市買菜，唯一不好的是前台的工作人員是外國人，英語很不標準，一點都不會中文，好多時候靠翻譯軟件來溝通，另外還有晚上8點後發生的突發狀況沒有及時解決，比如我們有一天晚上洗頭後吹頭髮，吹風筒突然着火🔥，因為前台下班了，我們衹能打電話和老闆溝通，然後吹風筒衹能第二天才拿來，當晚兩個孩子頂着濕漉漉的頭髮睡覺，第二天直接感冒了，這一點改進一下就好了。

位置坐落在鬧市中心區，逛街，飲食，觀光都方便。這次體驗有驚無險，由於要收住宿押金（好在是用信用卡預授權而不是現金），我們一家第二天要去馬來西亞，為避免塞車必須早上六點前離開酒店，但工作人員還沒上班，所以退房鑰匙🔑只能放在房間里，如果交的押金是現金就要等酒店作匯款退款了。值得讚揚的是老板態度語氣都很好，很為客戶著想。

整體來說衞生程度、位置、服務、設施、環境都算可以接受，離地鐵站不遠，附近有很多不同美食可以選擇，價錢也不算貴。

緊湊兩居確實有點“緊湊”，部分門開向和位置設定不太合理，傢俱較陳舊。 但是結合價格和家庭（尤其是帶幼童的），廚房、洗衣等功能性設施還是齊全的，比較靈活和方便。

在酒吧一條街上，被褥，整個房間都很潮，週五晚上媽呀，蹦迪的吵的睡不着，不隔音，也不打掃衞生，也沒有中文服務

又貴又差的一個酒店公寓，性價比非常差，地下有個酒吧，適合喜歡喝酒的人羣，但恰好是迎新年，所以下半夜音樂滿滿
