The hotel was right next to the MRT! The hotel was great and they gave us a complimentary one hour late check out for our anniversary!

The service experience was extremely disappointing, characterized by extensive delays during the check-in process and facilities that appeared outdated and poorly maintained. These shortcomings significantly detracted from the overall experience and left much to be desired in terms of us the customer satisfaction.

The service is very nice, and the checkout in the middle of the night was smooth. The Loft room is very cool.

Disappointing experience in a 4 star hotel The rooms were not as clean as a 4-star hotel should be. The blanket had sweat stains on it, and the staff wasn't very polite. Smiling is not enough, actions speak for themselves. I booked a reservation under my name and paid with my credit card. I also provided my credit card number to the staff, but they used the name of the only male in the group for the check-in. Ironically, they couldn't change the name on the booking even though it was originally under mine. They didn't ask who should be the registered guest, nor were they willing to update the reservation name. I was quite shocked that such a developed country could have such misogynistic behavior towards a customer, especially just a day before International Women's Day.

Great location but the hotel has been around for quite a while now and tired looking otherwise ok

good service although we did not sleep well as AC broke down whole midnight and someone is fixing it on our room we stay.. sadly,, we dont sleep well. but kudos to techinician guy who is very good and managed to inform us they fixing the AC issue and after AC is fixed..

Front desk lady was extremely rude, will definitely not stay at this hotel again

Convenient location above Outram Park station with eateries nearby. Nice pool with jacuzzi. We had an enjoyable stay.

Try to improve the toilet in the 10th storey. Toilet bowl no Bridget or tap pipe. Shower no hanger to hang clothes. Toilet floor very slippery Not suitable for elderly. Quiet noisy at night from corridor.

not worth the price, dated and subpar for singapore standards at a 4star level. also stay away from the sushi restaurant on the lobby. thank me later

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

Location is perfect. Check in service was so so, staff at reception doesn't seem to be very friendly

The location is very good. It's very close to MRT station. Swimming pool is close when we arrived.
