Check- in by Jeremy was swift. Always very friendly and greeted me and guests with a warm smile. Room size is typical hotel size. Happy that it comes with kettle, bottled water and basic toiletries. Occasional company of ants on table and "light-attracted insects" on bed was a minor nuisance I could live with. Ventilation is not ideal in toilet as floor did not dry up fast enough, in Singapore's humid condition despite aircon being turned on. Location is good and convenient with a bus stop right in front of hotel and Balestier Market next door (24 hrs food access). Needed to extend my stay due to home renovation and only managed to extend 3 more nights. Online rate cheaper than booking via counter. Overall a pleasant, safe and decent hotel to stay in.

Like to stay this hotel very comfortable And easy to get food because very near in hotel And bus station very near also I love be 😘

It is good for 2 person that even small room but you go round whole day and get well sleeping. Price is affordable.

I have already been here several times before. Registration now requires to be digital using my smartphone. Weng Kei was very helpful and patient in helping me download the app and get my digital key to my room. He even helped me with my bags and accompanied me to my room to make sure that my digital key was working properly! He also helped me to adjust the air conditioner and switched on the water heater while we were at my room. I must commend that he was most helpful, courteous and his service was impeccable! It has indeed made my stay a pleasant one. Thank you so much!

Friendly staffs - Front desk Jessica and Duty Manager Eugene very helpful and kind to me. Room is always clean as usual.

Space just enough for 3 of us,no closet, toiletries provided. The good side accessible to a lot of places bus stop outside of the hotel.

The hotel is small but clean. The staff are polite and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to eateries and Toa Payoh Town Central.

All good, very well accomodating in terms of near the public transport, if you want an ease of travel you can book this hotel

The hotel is very easy to locate. Plus plus points with how clean it was when we arrived. Though the room was just right for sleeping and taking a bath, important thing it is very clean. Near bus stops and food stalls 😍 near attractions too.

It is difficult for old tourists to do self check in and receptionists insisted. Ended up still she got to do manual check in. Wasted soooo much time at front desk. They should selective on tourist or assist users. Otherwise overall was ok. Great location with many good food. Room was ok. Easy transportation

After checkout I forgot my phone at hotel room, they immediately connected me, I was at air port then, gone back and took phone come back. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. On the right hand side you see Dominos which gives great Pizza (Especially great Veg Pizza). Shopping Center is at walkable distance. Service: The level of service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The Grandview Hotel’s location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the local sights or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall Experience: My stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis was nothing short of perfect.
