good ah quite ok lah

The hotel is more than 60 years old but the hotel room is bigger than expected. Stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room and it is spacious and relatively clean. Complimentary parking ticket is available at the counter. Breakfast is not really something to shout about but it is relatively unique in its food offerings. First time I see a hotel buffet with steam egg and ham, tempura shrimps. Even the tarts are the old school type which brings back memories of me eating them when I was young. Overall a good stay. Will stay at the place again.

Hotel vicinity is so convenient taking bus plying to Orchard shopping area is accessable which is exactly outside main entrance just outside hotel lobby.. overall stay is satisfactory as this is not my first time stay vacation..

We came here november 12 with my husband and our first tike to travel in singapore and we choose this hotel because some of my friends told me to book this hotel because in front only the bus station and the mrt not too far .The price is not that expensive and it's ok ...A lot of filipino stayed here in hotel and i would like to thanks to staff jevania who assist on us in the hotel reception and the staff also who cleaned in our room number 828 .This hotel is kind of old but comfortable and the service is good.Thank you we definately be back💕🫶🙏🇸🇬

Was grab the hotel during promotion period! Very convenient location,although not very new, but clean and has huge space.very old school feeling , but feels very special. Bath tub is a nice and comfortable.

i was a bit scared when i booked this hotel because some reviews were negative but it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. the only negative thing i would comment about is the toilet , it had a very strong smell and it was a little dirty , other then that everything else was good.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Location very near to bus station. Staff Alice very friendly and nice and help me arranged all the room at time. She give me complimentary drink and snack at evening time. Room very big and clean.

Repeat stay at the hotel for its location. Room is big, furnishings are old but regardless housekeeping and management really need to pay attention to all the mould/mildew in the bathroom. Bath tub was cracked as well. These make for a very uncomfortable shower. Staff at the cafe on level 1 was shocking - hotel should not give out complimentary vouchers for the cafe if the supervisors and the lady sitting at the cashier are going to display a poor attitude for guests using the voucher. On contrary the waiters were very polite 👍🏻

I lost count how many times ive been here. This shows how much I love the friendly funny staff. Will come back again soon hehhee.

Very friendly counter staff makes checking in process fast.. HR is my favourite haunt for a short staycation.
