Nice environment with friendly staff I love this place and everything is top notch

Good location. Surrounded by eateries, cafes, massage and many. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was good and not crowded. Less one star because when I wanted to checkout nobody was at the reception counter and I waited for 10 minutes. Luckily I was not in the hurry.

On first impression the room looks good but on closer examination cleanliness was not there.. if you take your shoes you can feel small particles on the floor.. and I found a small bug in my bed.. and in the sink in the bathroom I found a medium size silver fish.. The TV was okay but hard to navigate Good size room The bathroom besides seeing the bug in the sink was only okay..the shower and bath combined.. shower gel and shampoo and conditioner was in a china container and if you dropped it in the shower it would break and very easy to use too much Breakfast was not worth anything.. coffee was okay but the small banana was old and black.. I had to go to the 7th floor and walk up a floor and you had to be careful.. Reception was helpful for a taxi

The setting of the hotel is very warm and includes many daily necessities such as cups, dishes and dishes. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes away from many attractions and there are many restaurants nearby. In addition, the double entry system makes people feel safe. Everyone is very polite and makes me feel good about my stay.

Right next to Pham Viet Chanh street with many little bars, restaurants. A true gem of low-fi nightlife in HCMC. Staff very friendly and the room more than adequate for 3 star stay. Recommended.

Simple and quiet facility, away from the noise. Rooms are huge. It’s my third visit to this facility and standards were maintained. I like the fact that there’s a water dispenser in the room. Saves a lot for a person who drinks a lot of water like me. Recommended for those who wouldn’t mind a 15-min walk to the busy area. Lovely neighbourhood with a lot of local eateries. Will return again.

There was plenty of space with a washing machine and detergent provided, so that was fantastic! Breakfast was ok, not the usual buffet style, unfortunately. Not the cleanest probably because it's a little old but nothing that would cause trouble.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff on standby 24hours a day physically or through the phone. Area is a little bit hard to find but overtime it’s easy to navigate around

Location pretty near bars and food. But it's within a narrow alley that may be hard for cars to reach. Room feels slightly dated as compared to pictures. Friendly and helpful staff and there was breakfast with my stay, that I didn't know about, so that's a plus! Security seems pretty good as the main door and lift both needs an access card to enter.

The studio room was very clean, bright & comfortable. Kitchenette was very well equipped which was really great. Bedding & pillows were comfortable & the shower water pressure was great too! Our stay came with breakfast which was made to order from a set menu the night before. Food was nice with good portions & came with salad & fruits. Hotel staff were all very friendly & helpful! Kudos to Nga, Dat, Kien, Quynh & Phuoc for the warm service! The only cons about the hotel is that grab drivers have lil trouble getting to location as it's in an alley within a small small lane. But other than that, the hotel is actually minutes walk to many restaurants & convenient stores.
