Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore is awesome. It went through an extensive makeover and rebranding. The hotel looks modern and sleek. I love the sofa by the window. It’s very comfortable for reading or relaxing. The hotel is connected to Tanglin Mall for your shopping needs.

Warm and attentive staff all around the hotel. Efficient check-in and was pleasantly surprised given an upgrade. Waiting staff at the restaurant during crowded morning breakfast were all attentive and serve guests with a smile. Nice pool and well equip gym. Did not managed to use the jacuzzi while we were there. Only complaint i have is that the room seem to be sandy especially the toilet. Since it was a one night stay, we did not make a fuss about it.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights (on a last minute basis) - local staycation. Car Park entrance for hotel is closed for renovation. Alternative entrance at Grange Road (search for Tanglin Mall Carpark). For some reason, under bright lights you can see v v little pecks of dust flying, but it wasn't so much you would find irritating. Room was ＞ 10 floors. Breakfast was decent. Even though we're locals, we were treated equally as a guest. Particularly like the swimming pool as there were pools at 0.2m, 0.6m, 1.2m, 1.6m heights. Just beside Tanglin Mall so v good to make purchases from the supermarket.

Location is close to MRT orchard boulevard. The mall next to the hotel with a supermarket and restaurants. That’s good for travelers. Breakfast is good too. Without any considerations for children, non-provision of small chair, small foldable bathtub etc. The staff cannot show their welcome to the customers, not very good experience during check-in process.

Family of three, the service from staff is excellent. The room isn't carpet, some stain on the flooring and makes it looked dirty. Toilet is clean, shower works fine. Good location, just next to Orchard Boulevard station.

Great room space and location. Curtains were extremely dusty though. Affordable breakfast and coffee too at the hotel cafe!

My stay at Jen Singapore was a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were spacious, making it a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, despite the short notice, they made arrangements and surprised me with a birthday treat. It was a delightful touch and elevated the experience. The lobby design was stunning, with beautiful decor that created a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, setting a positive tone from the very beginning. Overall, I highly recommend Jen Singapore for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Great location (opposite Orchard Boulevard MRT station), away from hustle and bustle of Orchard center. Right next to Tanglin Mall. Room was a bit dusty when we arrived but with daily housekeeping all was fine. Comfy room with hot shower and couch by the window. Will definitely stay here again! And thank you for the birthday cake - such a heartwarming gesture!

First time staying at this hotel but very happy with this staycation . Nice n friendly staff she allowed me for early check-in, thanks for her cos I'm a little tore after some shopping 😆 🤣 😂. Will definitely be back again. Thanks 😀 😊

Hotel is right across the street from MRT(metro) station. That is the main reason I book this hotel. Took MRT from airport to hotel (around 90 minutes), cost under 2.5 Singapore dollars for this ride, great price!. It is a well kept hotel. A local shopping mall right mext to hotel. Many restaurants and coffee shops available, plus a supermarket in basement level. So food and snack are easy to get. Only drew back is the location is not in Orchard road shopping district. It is one MRT shop away.

The hotel rate is expensive but value for money is bad. The room furniture and other put up in the room is old. Buffet breakfast not refilled in time , many empty buckets around 8:00, and big refill starting 8:15 , which make guest come in around 7:45 for breakfast terrible experience ,

Booked one night in the Club King Room. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for two persons, and there was even an in-room filtered water tap. The hotel is right next to the Orchard Boulevard MRT station, just a short fully sheltered walk, so it's really convenient to get to and fro. The club room serves light bites at two timings, and the vibe is generally quite nice and cosy with plenty of seats. Breakfast buffet had many cuisine options with decent food, and the staff were very proactive in clearing used plates and greeting the guests.

The hotel is located strategically starting of Orchard Road, less crowded yet supported by many nearby amenities. You can find restaurants, shopping centre, grocery store within reach. The check-in was a long queue at about 4plus pm. Could be peak period during National Day. The room was clean and modern and I have difficulty finding the hairdryer for while and call the housekeeping line for advise, was told to look out at the bathroom but could located it. She was nice to hold on to the line while I attempt again to located the hairdryer. I still can’t find it. She assured me is there and send help to my room. A few minutes later, a housekeeper guy came over , very friendly he show me the clothing closet drawer kept the hairdryer. He is apologised about it and asked me whether I need any further help. Wow! My frustration of the hairdryer went away also immediately. One annoying thing is the carpark lift, you enter from B3 level and returning to your car only able to go to B4 level. I tried to explained to the staffs from the lobby but seem nobody is aware of such issue as I guess nobody drive or check the carpark lift. I even have to use the alternative route thru the 2nd floor to the shopping mall and down to B3 via other lift lobby and trying to find my car. That’s an interesting hotel’s carpark lift if I were to be more considerate during their carpark upgrading which I can understand the inconvenience. Overall stay can be better other than the carpark lift.
