Ulasan Linzhi Apartment (Zhonghui Plaza Guangzhou East Railway Station)

The location is excellent, but is hard to locate at arrival just cross the road to be in Guangzhou east railway station, where you can find many food shops. Also you have McDonalds, H&M , sephora. The room is spacious, home style, washing machine working and detergent is supplied, microwave, kettle, minibar. very convenient for a long stay

The location is the best thing about this place. The view is also quite nice especially at night. The whole apartment is a bit run down but clean and has everything you would want (including a washing machine).

Had a late check-in due to flight delay but it went well with prior communication. A bit confusing to locate for first timer like me as it’s an apartment building, which was a bit rundown, operated for stay by different operators. Conveniently located, adjacent to malls, metro/bus station and restaurants. However, the room is in need of a refresh, especially the toilet. Room was filled with cigarette smell but leaving the window ajar had it fixed the next day. Bed was comfortable and clean but pillows were a letdown. Given the options available in the vicinity and the city, it would be hard to return to this place.

Great location just next to HSR station. In room projection TV works well.

It’s like a little home. Very well decorated, good size, great location, comfortable bed, good service. All the little things add up.

Looks nice but in fact the apparent is not clean. It needs cleaning . Just 1 cup to drink for two people . Two wooden chairs are for decoration - impossible to sit. Pillows are the cheapest - cant sleep properly. But nice pictures.

管家很nice，我早到了，給我升級了房型辦理入住，而且找管家都回復很快，態度超棒的。 房間很大，什麼都有，設施齊全，就在東站對面，好方便，吃的啥什麼都有。 最重要的！！大大的落地窗，風景超好！！

常常出差，也住過不同的酒店，甚至公寓，也很少寫評價，而今次從未試過住一間這樣的公寓，性價比非常之低，大家看到以下圖片，也不需要我詳述。1）基本上浴室冷熱水掣是破損，開水龍頭的時候牆身的貼牆的座同時轉動，非常危險。 2)廁所亦很多水漬，而且還有發霉，好像從來沒有清潔的感覺； 3)所有地氈都有污跡及水漬，而且帶出一陣味道，也有跳虱； 4)房間裏的兩張座椅，其實應該是髮型屋的座椅，重點是已經壞掉不能坐上去，對於小孩及老人是非常不友好太危險了； 5)客廳地氈也是污漬斑斑，而且路由器及電線亂放在床邊，這也是非常不雅及危險，很容易絆腳跌倒； 6)下層的梳化，也是也是壞了，很明顯是有貓去抓破； 7)這個雙床公寓，上層的床，床單是結了很多毛頭，躺上去是有骯髒的感覺很不舒服，被鋪非常舊用了很多年； 8)整體這個公寓式不值$200 ，而且前接待處也是非常亂，一點也不整潔。

房間設施齊全，有冰箱洗衣機，位置不錯，離高鐵站近，走路不到十分鐘，衞生很好，服務員態度好，值得推薦。

Check in 日中都要等服務員， 她不是坐在櫃台， check out 就比較容易，只放低key 就可離開。 但環境比想像中差，厠所有渠味散發到全屋，天花爛，衛生環境可接受

位置很好，東站下高鐵🚄過來五分鐘能走到，招牌不是很明顯，可以提前聯繫前台，指引過來很快，視頻更方便了，到店一房一廳房間還沒打掃好，前台小姐姐給升級了一個高層的複式雙床，房間很大很贊同朝中信方向還能看夜景，採光很好，服務也很周到，有什麼需要可以跟前台説，都會滿足，房間廚房洗衣機烘乾機啥都有，出行最佳選擇，多住幾天都可以

服務很周到，打電話給前台會立馬加微信進羣，發佈一些服務指南，温馨提示等……房間夠大，設定齊全，到東站很近，窗外就是東站，攜家帶口趕早班高鐵很便捷。
