Pros: Very attentive staff, especially considerate to young kids. Excellent service overall -- accommodated most of our requests (within reason). Nice music (local DJs and food) by the pool for both kids and adults. Nice sound system in the room. Cons: Please change the pillows. Please source for better toiletries -- the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel do not match the hotel's premium service ;)

Our 3rd time staying, this round as a family of 4 with a toddler and 2-mth old. Everything was great! Room was clean, we made use of the pool more this time. We also requested a baby cot, however the cot was too deep to place a 2 mth old baby. The hotel didnt have a baby bassinet, so we requested for extra cot mattress to bring the height. Location was not ideal, limited food options at quayside but we stumbled upon 7-eleven store and cold storage upon walking by the boat deck. We also just drove out to Vivocity for food. However, it was a great stay!

Sentosa was much better than downtown Singapore. W Singapore - Sentosa Cove contributed greatly. The purple interior was a little rustic, but the rooms were clean, the bedding was comfortable, the room service was delicious, and the service of the staff was excellent. The pool was spacious and pleasant, and the drinks provided by Wetdecs were delicious. The quantity of sunbeds near the pool was always relaxed, and the orange towels provided at all times smelled clean. I am planning to visit Singapore again because I want to stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove again.

Overall was fun, just the amenities did not maintain well and there are fault here and there.

Very quiet hotel to relax. Pristine clean. Efficient staff. Marina-facing room gets afternoon sun. One of the bathrobes have seems-like blood stains but was eventually replaced.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Rooms are very spacious with great view. Swimming pool and gym are available 24 hour. Staffs are nice.

We had a fantastic stay @ w cove sentosa singapore . Easy and fast check in. All staff very welcoming with smile on their face. And very surprise with room decorations for my birthday Was really speechless We really amazed with their Huge rooms with so many great amenities bath tub .coffeemaker. Fluffy bathrobe. And upon request of extensuon for our stay they allowed us to check out til 1pm. Breakfast was great too Overall was perfect stay. Im so happy to celebrate my Birthday here looking forward to stay gain in the future:))

Best hotel for a staycation in Singapore, breakfast selection is top notch! Definitely try the DYI Bloody Mary . Nearby there is the Hendricks Sunset Cinema to go on Saturday

Very amazing as usual. Service is top notch. Very professional and courteous service. Emailed in advance that I’ll be doing my proposal there and they gave us complimentary balloons and very nice velvet chocolate cake.

One of the best hotels in Sentosa. Shuttle buses available right at hotel front. Many great restaurants beside. The walk around the yacht bay is awesome

Had my girl birthday celebration in the room with her friends. Staff provided balloons and a small cake. Thank you. A pity that the jacuzzi in the room was down during our stay, couldn't enjoy. It was sway to be given that room and hotel was fully booked. Only compensated with 100sgd dining credits. However, the staff and housekeeping and the hotel manager were very attentive.

Check in was a bit of a drama, the manager had to step in. The poolside dj was excellent, pool water is more than warm, kids wouldn’t want to come out of water, service was ok in overall. The vibe is great throughout the hotel
