Please read - IMPORTANT about Campbell Inn: My 3 tourist friends from overseas have encountered potential scamming of tourists at this Campbell Inn. They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

Ia sangat cantik. Daftar masuk di tengah malam dikendalikan dengan lancar. Tiada pengering rambut di dalam bilik, tetapi anda boleh meminjam satu di kaunter.

Penyambut tetamu sangat ramah. Saiz bilik sangat kecil. Jika anda ingin menempah bilik hanya untuk tidur, saya boleh mengesyorkan bilik bujang. Kebersihan perlu dipertingkatkan.

Hotelnya hebat. Perkhidmatan pelanggan oleh Thilla adalah yang terbaik. Menelefon meja depan untuk membantu di TV saya & dia membetulkan isu itu dengan segera. Individu yang peramah dan sopan. Pasti akan kembali. Sangat disyorkan untuk mereka yang mesra bajet.

Overall ok. Location wise will need to take note if u tracker alone . It feels like traveling in an Indian town, food wise is easily accessed. Staff from check in to hskp staff are pretty friendly and amicable. Room amenities could provide more especially in the bathroom. Only a toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. Cleanliness is acceptable but can be better for the dusting part. The only didn't expect the view. As our room was facing the gov building so the window is being sealed and no view

Mendapat bilik katil dek atas, tangganya tinggi sedikit, diminta untuk menukar bilik saya dan kakitangannya ramah membantu. Secara keseluruhan bilik itu tenang dan bersih, kecil tetapi boleh difahami kerana ia adalah Singapura. Harganya berpatutan, bilik lain di hotel lain lebih mahal. Saya menikmati penginapan saya, ia sangat dekat dengan MRT.

Bilik ini agak bersih, perkhidmatannya OK, dan nisbah harga/prestasinya cukup bagus. Ia terletak di pusat bandar, dengan banyak makanan dan tempat membeli-belah berdekatan dengan kereta api bawah tanah, jadi mudah untuk melancong dan melanjutkan perjalanan tinggal.

Place was surprisingly very well kemp’s and clean despite it being a hostel. 5 stars

location was near mrt and shopping mall with alot of local food around. 10mins from city centre. room was clean and comfortable.

Located right next to a bus stop and a 5-minute walk from a MRT station, this budget hotel screams value. Two restaurants right at the ground floor of the premises and a very famous Indian restaurant (A2B) within 3 minutes walk away, good food is very close by. Mustafa centra is a 5-minute walk. A no-frills, impeccably clean hotel in a great location - excellent value for money. We stayed there for 9 nights and every morning the cleaning team was prompt to leave our room blushing clean. My request for extra towels were immediately taken care of and seen through all 9 days. 24-hour hot water and air-conditioning were top-notch. Special shout-out to Ms Pam and Richard at the front desk who gave us wonderful tips about their country and made us feel right at home. The room cleaning persons (sorry, I missed taking their names) did a fabulous job every single day! I was travelling with 2 young kids and had requested a room on a higher floor with a double bed. They were able to accommodate me on their 7th floor (not noisy at night) but could provide me with only twin beds. This was a minor blip in the otherwise exceptional service provided my the hotel. Rooms near the lift tend to be a bit noisy throughout the day. Room # 710 was great - 7th floor and far from the lift. I'd recommend this place again to anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel in a great location.
