Overall stay was alright, fridge was unusable because the previous tenants left either spoiled yoghurt or milk and the smell was quite bad even after staff cleaned it once.
There were stains on the wall as well and on the floor, but can't confirm what they were.
Wooden window seat turned our tissue yellow when we wiped it, not sure if it was the laminate, but concerning.
Other than that the idea of not using bottled water but offering a seperate filtered tap next to the sink tap in the bathroom was a neat idea, water tasted absolutely fine. And the bedroom itself was gorgeous, though it does feel dated for sure.

The overall experience of this stay is satisfactory. The room is spacious and comfortable, the view outside the window is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the staff are very friendly and professional, which makes people feel warm.
However, during our five-night stay, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was intermittent every day, which was a little inconvenient for guests who need a stable network.
In addition, the breakfast part is a bit disappointing. The number of dishes is relatively small, but we don’t mind. The texture and taste of the food can be improved. With a price of over S$40 per person paid on site, we expect the food quality to be more in line with the price level to further enhance the overall accommodation experience.
It is worth mentioning that the hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station (Buona Vista). There is also a bus stop at the door, and there are many bus routes for easy access. Among them, bus number 14 can go directly to Orchard Road, and the transportation is very convenient. .
這次入住的經驗整體令人滿意，房間寬敞舒適，窗外景色優美，設備完善，櫃檯人員非常親切且專業，讓人倍感溫馨。
不過，這次連續入住五晚，房間內的Wi-Fi訊號每天都出現斷斷續續的情況，對於需要穩定網路的客人來說稍有不便，建議貴飯店能檢視並改善網路的穩定性。
另外，早餐部分稍有遺憾。雖然菜色品項較少尚可接受，但食物的口感與味道有提升空間。以每人現場付費超過新幣40元的價格而言，期望餐飲品質能更符合價格水準，進一步提升整體住宿體驗。
值得一提的是，飯店地理位置優越，距離最近的MRT車站（Buona Vista）步行約10分鐘，門口也有公車站，有多條公車路線方便通行，其中14號可直達烏節路，交通十分便利。

It was not bad. Loved the location as it’s near my school and peaceful. I’m grateful to the staff for trying to find a quiet room for me, but the soundproofing of the hotel itself was not the best. One can hear their upstairs neighbours dragging chairs (no stomping noises though. Thank god.) and adjacent neighbours knocking on floors/walls etc. Room 505 or 504 had a faulty door stopper and when the door slammed I literally could feel the walls vibrating. Secondly, the air con would very coincidentally produce a gurgling noise when its temperature was set below 25°C, so you’d have to choose between sweating under the thick (but comfortable) blankets or experiencing what it’s like to be a fish in an aquarium. Bloop bloop.
Shower pressure was aMAZING. Would go back just to shower. Please tell me which company made your showers so I can ask it to install them in my home.

在curtin Singapore讀書，離學校新址挺近的，公交15分鐘，離金文泰也很近，酒店週一到週五提供歐陸早餐，雖然種類很有限，但是早餐來説營養夠了尤其那個火腿蠻好吃的，酒店公寓房間是我看到新加坡酒店算是比較大的了，有廚房可以做飯廚具餐具也都有，洗衣機帶烘乾機很方便，周圍附近也有食閣，不過酒店樓下就有一個pasta餐廳味道也很不錯，而且離west coast park也特別近很適合跑步，house keeping是週二週四週六做，也不會太打擾到休息，總體這個公寓是很不錯的，很安靜適宜居住如果不是很喜歡吵鬧的話，不過也是挺難訂到的

Book another three days it was an enjoyable stay throughout though the location realky is too far and inconvenient. But one nice thing is that just walking distance u can find alot of foods store and even 711 . It was a very peaceful and quiet night there. The place were spacious enough, very minimum noise u can hear at all! Customer service were Top notched so far never met any bad experiences before. Having food order was easy as well. Overall the place were realky clean as in walking by the corridor etc. I love how I'm facing the greens

We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief.
Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery.
The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

Bilik yang saya duduki pada malam pertama adalah bersebelahan dengan lif, yang agak bising pada waktu malam selepas menukar bilik kemudian, saya tidur dengan nyenyak. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik dan sangat mudah untuk melawat tempat-tempat menarik dan makan berdekatan.

SSie Leng LaiI booked the room for my friend for 3 nights. in the daytime, there is renovation work next to us and it is too noisy until we cant even rest well.
and there are many miscommunication in between, staff called up to pay for deposit and I rushed to the hotel, but end up when I went to the counter, they told me no such thing where last night when I asked to extend for 1 more night, they already counted the deposit and room fee together, and when I told the staff im in rush, but the staff still insisted to explained the room benefits and breakfast and etc. I been mentioned 2-3 times im in rush and I came to make payment on behalf for the room where they are well known about all these, but still....

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

PPengguna Tetamuthe room was huge for my family. and there is a lot of friendly staff all over the hotel with mini-events for my children to participate in.
the morning breakfast buffet was awsome too! really really great choice and unforgettable feast
there is also this pool side game which my child manage to win a cup of brain freeze ice drink! awsome! although my stay was a short 2days one night. but my family and I had such a wonderful time there. will definaly book again for a long stay the next round.

SSeat 2APerfectly situated amidst countless shopping and dining options in the busiest commercial area of Singapore. Though this is clearly a much older property, it appears to be well maintained and clean. Slept well during my stay and appreciated the rooftop pool and comprehensively equipped gymnasium. For the price paid, this was good value, especially considering how expensive hotels are in Singapore.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaDisappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaPengangkutan adalah sangat mudah. Apabila anda keluar, belok ke kanan dan terdapat perhentian bas. Belok ke kiri dan anda akan sampai ke vivo dalam masa 10 minit. Biliknya terlalu kecil Nasib baik, perkhidmatannya baik dan sangat sabar Anda boleh mendaki gunung ke Stesen Kereta Kabel Mount Faber dan Taman Gunung Faber. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di dua stesen minyak di sebelah kiri dan kanan apabila anda keluar. Sangat mudah untuk membeli makanan dan minuman pada saat-saat akhir!

Perhentian bas sangat dekat, berjalan tidak lebih dari 5 minit, di hadapan Concorde Hotel.
Terdapat banyak restoran untuk dipilih. Sebab dekat Orchard gateway mall, tak jauh pun, boleh jalan kaki.
